10. Rev. Single Leg Deadlift
11. Back Pedal
12. Jog
For this warm up: Mark out a distance of 10 - 15 yards
Start and finish the warm up with a jog of about 25 - 30 yards
Perform the first movement in one direction followed by the next movement going back to the start

Vataha played for the Patriots in 6 of his 7 seasons in the NFL spanning from the 1971 season through the 1976 season. During those 6 years with the Patriots, Vataha caught 188 passes for 3,164 yards and 23 touchdowns.
