Robotic Process Automation is fundamentally changing the way organizations work. The technology mimics human behaviour and automates large volumes of rule-based tasks with greater accuracy, efficiency, and speed. Since accounting and financial operations involve a large amount of data processing that is labour-intensive and prone to error, organizations are increasingly adopting RPA for their processes. According to Gartner, about 80% of finance leaders across the globe have implemented or are planning to implement RPA in their organizations. Here we discuss how RPA can automate and transform various Finance and Accounting operations. Oil and gas are one of the most lucrative industries that operate under the most critical industries. The error-prone and manual processes are negatively affecting the maintenance activities and business functions of the oil and gas industry. Machine Learning (ML)  has proved beneficial in many industries by providing systems the ability to automatically learn and improve from experience without being explicitly programmed. This technology accesses data to learn for itself, and it's been increasingly utilized in the oil & gas industry. Machine learning optimizes business operations, productivity, and safety. Machine learning can play a significant role in transforming service operations to achieve greater efficiency and drive optimized business decisions. In a recent Machine Learning event focused on oil & gas, Managing Director of V-Soft Labs, Manoj Iragavarapu, joined a panel of experts to dive deep into all things data, analytics, and ML. Manoj Iragavarapu is the Managing Director for V-Soft Labs.  He has designed an Automation strategy and provided a big-picture vision of "Automation by Any Means" for overall Business Solutions with a detailed tactical plan for the growth of each practice area (ServiceNow, Mobile, Web, Cloud, MuleSoft & QA Automation). As businesses are looking to automate processes now more than ever, it's important to understand that each solution requires a thorough definition of the processes you want to automate. Artificial intelligence (AI) is often viewed as a top solution for automation. To successfully bridge the gap between automation and AI, there are three aspects that must be considered: process mining, collaboration, and use cases. Manoj Iragavarapu, Managing Director of V-Soft Labs, discussed how to bridge the gap between automation and AI. About the Author:   Manoj Iragavarapu is the Managing Director for V-Soft Labs.  He has designed Automation strategy and provided a big-picture vision of "Automation by Any Means" for overall Business Solutions with a detailed tactical plan for the growth of each practice area (ServiceNow, Mobile, Web, Cloud, MuleSoft & QA Automation). With more data available to us now than ever before, how we collect and interpret that data to make decisions has come under scrutiny. It's become clear that a factor known as Data Bias can negatively impact the decisions we thought we were making purely based on facts. Data Bias is when a set of data points don't accurately represent the real population or environment. While it may not seem like a big deal, Data Bias can cause many problems. If the data is wrong, poor decisions can be made. In this episode,  Manoj Iragavarapu of Director of V-Soft Labs shares more about what Data Bias is and how to prevent it. About Speaker: Manoj Iragavarapu is the Managing Director for V-Soft Labs.  He has designed Automation strategy and provided a big-picture vision of "Automation by Any Means" for overall Business Solutions with a detailed tactical plan for the growth of each practice area (ServiceNow, Mobile, Web, Cloud, MuleSoft & QA Automation). During this COVID-19 pandemic crisis, Computer Vision is one of the most cost-effective and scalable workplace safety tech solutions for monitoring social distancing, PPE compliance, and contact tracing.  To ensure a safe workplace, it's critical for employees to follow safety guidelines, like social distancing and wearing proper PPE. The challenge is to continuously monitor employees to make sure they don't violate any of the guidelines and endanger or contaminate the environment. Utilizing a Computer Vision Solution to continuously monitor the workplace and alert management of any discrepancies can reduce the change of violations and ensure a safe workplace for all. Oftentimes, computer vision systems can be retrofitted over existing security cameras and are less expensive than manual inspection. AI-based computer vision facilitates real-time monitoring of the workplace environment and precisely locates if any deviation is detected. Dashboard analytics provided an analysis of the environment and even suggests ways to improve. Businesses can be well informed about the risk projection and accordingly scale safety measures to effectively manage and instruct employees. In this podcast, AI experts Konrad Konarski and Alex Labarces discuss Computer Vision for business continuity and return-to-work initiatives and also compare alternatives to this technology.  About Speakers: Mr. Konrad Konarski leads the entire commercialization and technical leadership efforts of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) practice for V-Soft Labs. This includes both the strategic design of the go-to-market efforts in as well as the technical development of various AI and IoT products and the engagement with clients and potential clients as a thought leader.  Alex Labarces is the president and co-founder of Quintix AI He is a very strong business development professional with a focus in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a technology that is revolutionizing business and allows business leaders to do more with less. RPA is the answer to automating redundant tasks so human workers aren't held back by labor-intensive, manual tasks spanning across all departments such as finance, IT, operations, and more. RPA is one of the fastest-growing automation solutions. RPA provides the ability to use bots to complete repetitive, mundane business processes. For processes that take little thinking or require consistent back and forth movement between applications, implementing RPA is a solution that can save time, money, and frustration. Mr. Manoj Iragavarapu shares his expertise on how RPA improves business automation.
