We definitely don't dive deep enough into how our limiting beliefs about situations around us and even about ourselves shape our lives for the worse. In this episode, I share my insights on this subject and skate around the idea of digging deep to dismantle those beliefs in order to make lasting changes in our lives.

It's more than just saying affirmations in the mirror. Self love is about healing the disharmonious relationships with ourselves. It's about digging deeper.
