A little exercise you can do anytime you need to reconnect to yourself, explore emotions, and find ways to work through them in a healthy way. Many of the ways we try to deal with 'dark' emotions or overwhelm are rooted in suppression (numb, distract, spiritual bypass). Only when we learn to give these suppressed parts of ourselves a voice can we find the way home, back to wholeness. Integration is freedom. If it helped you, share it with a friend. I hope you enjoy. www.becomingfullyhuman.ca @camillejulia

A little virtual tuning fork, for anyone needing some guidance through life's challenges. Authenticity, integrity, alignment, honouring of the body's wisdom = freedom.
I asked you guys for questions on all things relationships, breakups, letting go, and self-abandonment, and you delivered. Today I answer my take on: 1. Opinions on going no contact after you’ve broken up? (We don’t talk much, it’s currently 10 months)? 2. How long should a no contact period go for after a breakup? 3. How to navigate when wanting to call and ex to connect and feeling so sad? 4. Do you have to be totally healed before getting in a relationship/ Should I date men (or women) who are not my total “list” or wait for the one? 5. What are your thoughts on this: every longterm relationship requires some kind of compromising. Is wanting to always be 100% yourself and do what you want not an individualistic wish in an already too individualistic world? I also lost myself in an 8 year relationship, but am struggling to not fly to the other side of totally 100% being me, and if not then BYE. I hope there is a middle way. 6. When is it that we have to say enough in giving second/ third chance in a relationship? 7. What are your thoughts on soulmates/ “the one”/ marriage/ monogamy? I hope you enjoy! @camillejulia to connect on Instagram, or you can e-mail me contactbecomingfullyhuman@gmail.com
Today's episode is an interview with Andrew Verity, the creator of NeuroTraining kinesiology and the online Adaptive Immunity course. We explore how to boost your body's resilience, instead of trying to make the world you live in a "safe place". We touch on viruses, 5G, parasites, mold, and stress; what the immune system is, how to boost it, and much much more.  You can check out the Adaptive Immunity course by clicking THIS LINK (or by visiting www.becomingfullyhuman.ca) If you've got questions, e-mail me at contactbecomingfullyhuman@gmail.com
This episode highlights my recent session with a somatic experiencing (SE) practitioner. I went there to explore some of my unfavourable responses to my recent breakup, especially feelings of helplessness that overwhelm my body when I think of him moving on. I have done a fair amount of self-exploration to the point of knowing that I am harbouring some trauma, both direct, from the collective, and inter-generational. One of the ways it expresses itself is my "anxious attachment" style in romantic relationships (read Amir Levine's book "Attached"), and the ways in which I have gotten much of my self-worth through men in the past. Despite knowing these (and many other I explore in the podcast), my body still has very real negative responses/ coping mechanisms that self-sabotage me or overwhelm me emotionally in my life. And well, I am ready to let that shit go. I am still having a hard time expressing what really happened during that 1 hour SE session, but I hope this informs you a bit, or at the very lease offers some entertainment. It feels like SE has reset my nervous system, and I feel like I am actually operating from a parasympathetic dominant nervous system now. This is after spending most of my life with unknowing underlying low levels of self-preservation mode (fight or flight, sympathetic, etc).  I hope you enjoy the podcast ! Today's episode features a conversation with Laura Doyle, author of The Surrendered Wife and The Empowered Wife. We talk about: What is femininity is and isn't How the "strong independent woman" movement has distorted the natural giving and receiving relationship between men and women Misconceptions men and women have about one another How a woman can communicate her desires with a man without becoming a dictator or mothering him How to honor men Our thoughts on relationship counseling Powerful tools to re-instate balance between genders and re-ignite respect and polarity in romantic partnerships You can check out some free resources as a gift from Laura here: https://lauradoyle.org/becomingfullyhuman, and make sure to check out her books The Surrendered Wife and The Empowered Wife.
If you're interested in the kind of liberation that comes from radical self-responsibility, then this episode is for you. Today Geraldine Matus and I explore the theme of defense and how defensiveness robs us from going within, exploring our inner reality, and finding true psychospiritual growth that comes from our wholeness.  Anytime we go into defense, we're effectively slipping into the victim-based mentality that requires the external world to change in order for us to feel okay. We miss the opportunity to get to know ourself fully, to love and embody our whole self. You can connect with Geraldine (and get her book World's Geography of Love) at https://geraldinematusauthor.com/ If you enjoy this episode, please leave the podcast a review!

This episode explores my experience with Lacy Phillips's To Be Magnetic's Pathway. This work is something I have personally used for years. It has helped me reframe so much in my life, connect with my values and story, and anchor in various concepts that have changed how I navigate life. The Pathway has various courses (inner child, shadow, money, love) and a library of "Deep Imaginings" (guided meditations) that walk you through your stories in a hypnotic state, allowing you to reprogram them in real time.   The Pathway can be purchased in full for the year or on a monthly payment plan. Both are super affordable, and both are incredibly worth it.  Code CAMILLE will get you 15% off your Pathway membership.  Have a listen, and see if the program resonates. Learn more about working with me on my website, and stay tuned for upcoming episodes featuring the tools that have helped me on my journey home.
Today’s episode is undoubtably the most controversial to date, but it is a conversation that I felt called from the depths of my soul to have. Isabella is a force of a woman. In this episode we discuss the transgender industry, cancel culture, safe spaces, erasing the mother, victimhood, transhumanism, the patriarchy, and so much more. Whether you agree, disagree, are triggered, or offended— I urge you to listen to the end, with an open mind and an open heart. And I hope that at the very least this conversation inspires you to start having difficult but necessary conversations in your own life.
