For the last 15 years, Harrison Maud has been my best friend and roll-dawg. From playing basketball at the Vance Airforce Base Youth Center to starting our rap group (shout out New B's) this guy has been a life-long friend. What I like most about Harry is his willingness to put himself out there. He undoubtedly is part of the reason I am who I am today.
This episode of Boom Town, Harry and I sit down and riff about anything and everything: Enid, growing up, difficult jobs, entrepreneurship. This is probably one of my favorite episodes to date, a true Boom Town gem.

Gus Olson is many things to many people: brother, husband, hype-man, daredevil, patriot, and most notably "The Thunder Guy." To me, Gus is a childhood friend. If you've ever been to an OKC Thunder basketball game, you've likely seen him flying through the air alongside the Storm Chaser Dunk Team.
In this episode, we get a look at the man behind the hair. A picturesque Oklahoma family with Scandanavian roots, Gus grew up the youngest of three boys alongside an even younger sister. Many hours were spent working at his father's Veterinarian Clinic, where Gus learned about hard work and never taking days off.
In college, Gus charted his own path that had led him to the OKC Thunder Organization, where he currently works as the Right Hand to Rumble (the mascot).
We dive deeper into Gus' past and learn how the events of his youth led up to what appears to be a job made just for Gus.
I consider Gus to be one of the central figures of the OKC Thunder. He is also the host of a podcast "The Rambling Viking" where he talks about sports and hosts a lot of mini-series.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Izaiah Soliz, author of "My Start Doesn't Dictate my Finish." In his memoir, Soliz recounts his childhood experience growing up in Oklahoma DHS custody. A junior at U.S Grant High School, Soliz has lived a learned life, with wisdom beyond his years, and stories that will hurt your chest. In this interview with Boom Town Podcast, Izaiah talk about growing up in DHS, creative entrepreneurship, and his love for American Football.
In this episode of Boom Town Podcast, I had the honor of sitting down with Erica Garvin. Erica is a serial entrepreneur and the host of Melissa's Corner on her own YouTube channel. Erica first got started as an entrepreneur after launching her own photography business: Erica Garvin Photography. She recently got started as a real estate agent with Chinowth and Cohen and will make her first property investment by the end of 2020. Erica has an inspiring story. In this episode, we talk about building confidence, putting yourself out there as an introvert, and Erica's relationship with God -- who serves as her source of encouragement and power.

Alfonso Lopez, the owner of AL Fitness and @LetsWorkOfficial, is on a mission to make the world a better place. I was fortunate enough to get to sit down with this young Oklahoma City hustler and talk about entrepreneurship, fitness, personal hardship, what it's like being the son of an immigrant, and much more. ___________________________________________________________________________
"I started my own online personal training business out of the pure passion for wanting to help as many possible transform their lives not only physically, but mentally. Growing up, I was always overweight. By the time I graduated Highschool I was sitting at almost 300 pounds, and it finally hit me that I needed to make a change in my life. I was tired of not feeling good about myself, people not taking me seriously, and not living life to my fullest potential. So I went to work on losing weight and transforming every aspect of my life. I ended up losing over 100 pounds within a year, but mentally it felt like I lost 1000. After losing the weight, I started to dive deep into understanding nutrition, training, and the overall physiology of the human body. I did this for mostly my own interest, but also for me to be able to help others as well. My passion for helping people has grown more and more as the years go, and that is why I started AL Fitness." - @AlfonsoLopezII #LetsWork ___________________________________________________________________________

Thank you for watching my video. See you in the comments!
In this video podcast, I sit down with my close friend Makenzi (or money Mak as I like to call her). Makenzi is one of the most inspirational people I have met in south OKC. Every day for Makenzi is an adventure. Whether it's working on her mobile spray tanning business (@Foxy_Tans), teaching dance lessons, instructing Pilates at Club Pilates, or chilling at the lake, Makenzi radiates a contagious energy and joy which is hard not to mirror back. I feel very lucky to have her in my life and if you're watching this, you're lucky to get to hear the inner life lessons from such an inspirational woman. she is also low key a bitcoiner, which makes her that much doper. Thanks for being my first guest on the podcast Money Mak!
