~I’m still alive but i’m barely breathin’~ SIKE! We’re thriving hunny. Down half of the duo, but we’re here to do Sass proud. A WHOLE LOT has happened since the completion of season three, so it’s time for a little word vomit. Speaking of puke, the MLB trade deadline has come and gone, and some of the deal made my stomach churn. I break down the good, the bad, and the flippin’ confusing.(???) Get locked and loaded (maybe grab a puke bag), it is finally time for Avery J to talk baseball, baby. (Thank ya Jesus!)
Finally, the HUGE Season 3 finale, it’s here, and it’s buck wild. We wrap it up with a special guest, the MVP of hair, Flow God himself…oh and pretty good athlete, we guess *wink wink*, Mr. Ryan Fitzgerald of the Boston Red Sox Organization. This guy does NOT believe in “what ifs”, has beaten the odds, and flown through the minor leagues. What makes him *extra* special besides his hair, his big volunteering heart, and his finance degree (can’t forget it, shout out to Mom & Dad Fitzgerald!)...Is his wild journey from being undrafted, to independent ball, to the Red Sox taking a chance on him. I’m sorry, but isn’t the NFL’s My Cause My Cleats the most interesting fundraising event of the year? I mean, supporting organizations to STOMP out bullying, educating on ocean conservation, and providing financial assistance to families that can’t afford to provide medical care to their pets with critical health diagnoses…come on now, we freaking LOVE it. Not all can be sweet in the NFL this week, it was down right messy in a handful of games. Apparently everyone was playing in Interception City this week, because, WHAT? Are we in agreement that anything over two INTs in a game is a trashy hot mess pile of garbage? (That was a VERY rhetorical question, obvi.)

December One, December Uno, December 1st, whatever you want to call it, it's a big day in MLB, and this year there are two main reasons instead of one. We just might experience something that hasn’t happened since the mid-90’s...and it is pretty wild, almost as wild as the insane contracts we’ve seen come through. Baez, Scherzer, Seager, all with some fat a$$ money coming their way. When we think about contracts, we think about the obvious dollar signs, and the man BK Lounge aka: Brian Kelly did not miss that train, the big man is headed down to the bayou at LSU to fill the massive Coach O shoes.

HAPPY TURKEY DAY Y’ALL! We hope you’ve survived Blackout Wednesday and are rolling into Thanksgiving with nothing but smiles and good vibes! Speaking of good vibes, we’re SO happy to see that the NFL is taking steps in the right direction with the topic of mental health. You always have bad apples that are just turds, but at the very least the good guys are speaking out and talking about their struggles. On top of the talking, there are a ton of professional athletes and organizations out there walking the walk and donating their time and energy to better the community during the holidays. Let the good vibes roll!

Oh sweet heavens, finally, finally, Minor League Baseball players are getting a little respect put on their names, and Avery J lets the world hear her *true* feelings. They’ve spent decades below the poverty line and are *just* now getting some financial boosts. There was even a major development in their housing ~thank u advocacy groups~. They deserve the world (in our opinion)! You know who runs the football world in our eyes? TIGHT ENDS. They do it all, block, catch, and run like Forrest Gump! We’ve got the best tight ends of the season *so far* listed, with maybe a surprise or two mixed in.

Is it scummy boy season in Tennessee right now? I mean, what in the Lane Kiffin chaos happened at Neyland Stadium? Is UT trashy or what? *pun intended* Plenty of drama in the college football world with upsets all over the place. What else is upsetting is Spencer Rattler falling in the draft stock. But, we’re 100% sure he should NOT declare for the draft after this season. We have the *perfect* reasons and *perfect* school for him to transfer to.

Why do MLB starting pitchers have it so hard and relievers just *don’t* when it comes to stats? Someone out there please explain why starters aren’t seen as real people? Is that too dramatic? Well, someone has to stick up for them! Aaaand we sure as heck aren’t going to stand up for scummy boy John Gruden. It just keeps getting worse for the now *former* Raiders coach. OH BOY!

In Sass’s perfect world, the White Sox meet WHO in the World Series? The White Sox bullpen is down right nasty…and starting pitchers…and the infield…and outfield…! But, what team in the AL should everyone be scared of advancing? Could there even be a 3-way tie to win the AL Wildcard? Thats the beauty of October baseball. Who else is trending to be *hot hot hot* in October? Carolina Panthers’ very own Sam freaking Darnold. Just imagine saying that to yourself last year at this time…the world would be laughing. He’s found his new home and family, thank goodness, the Jets almost murdered him!

Hi to every MLB pitcher named Robbie Ray and Robbie Ray’s pants, sup? At least he’s not a part of some of the worst divisions in baseball. But what actually are they? What teams will make the playoffs but don’t deserve it? Is there a division that *in theory* every team should make the playoffs? What about a restructure of divisions? Speaking of a restructure, is Aaron Rodgers still relevant? One of us *might* have been wrong about a HUGE A-Rodg prediction, uh oh!
LETS GET MESSY! Sounds like a crazy, fun, college frat party, right? Wellll, not so much in this situation. Messy + Mets = NO GOOD. What is happening in New York? Why does it feel like they’re imploding? There are scandals, drama, and plenty of injuries in Queens. Speaking of a mess, why are there SO many inconsistencies in college football and NFL rules? From the toe tap to knee down, each level is not on the same page. We rip it apart and break it all down this week for episode 3!

WE READY FOR Y'ALL! We're here, we're thriving, and we're back in action. It's season three and it is time to continue our good vibes. Hey, you know what, this season will be a *tinge* more scandalous. Y'all get the real us, buuuuut, we decided, what's the point of stifling our full-on ridiculous selves? Season tres starts y'all off with us giving life updates, shamelessly cancelling someone *eye roll*, the tea on the no-no's disappearing, fantasy football drama, in-game baseball fashion, Ohtani the GOAT, and how every sports-loving female's ovaries fell out of their bodies when they saw the Tatis Jr. walk-up at Petco Park.
