If you can endure half an hour of Google rapid fire questions, you’ll hear how we avoid clutter (or don’t)
We’re now gurus
Taking a break from the usual talk to commemorate the one and only, notorious RBG.
Hey we finally did a minisode, kinda
Coming at you with a longer episode today in an effort to compensate for missing content. Amidst some Brené Brown fan-girling, we talk relationships, making friends, and the private sector experience. All over Bibimbap.
Today we talked about characters that either have BPD or that people with BPD relate to.
One of our favorite interviews thus far! A candid look at autism with special guest, Alix!
Join us for a phone interview with a near and dear, special guest who has been on both sides of crisis in a professional setting: employee and managerial.
In addition to BPD, we clearly have severe ADD.
Art therapy!
Ever maintaining the real talk, we have relocated from the kitchen because...mental illness. Today we discussed navigating anxiety and shared some marriage experience in a less than traditional setting.
Erin Asay and Britt Hite are a fun and fresh hive-mind of mid-to-late twenty-somethings using good old fashioned grit and determination (and medication and constant moral support) to craft a functional adulthood while keeping their flock of mental health dragons exercised and well fed.
With (generously) one-fifth of a Psychology degree between the two of them, they are using their personal interest in neurodivergence and passion for encouraging progress to put together their podcast, Gettin’ Good: A Mental Health History and Positivity Podcast. In their spare time they enjoy crafts, evangelizing about recovery-mindedness, and long walks on the beach.
In today’s episode we explore anxiety, chronic illness, and OCD with a special guest.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, chill.
Mannnn we didn’t even wanna talk about any of this, but the realness continues.
In tonights episode we give the run down of what DBT is, visit a less then subtle professional girl crush for the Great Marsha Linehan and provide a shameless plug for a local cause!
Whit and Des reveal a fun fact about the previous episode and discuss a suicidal episode over stir fry. Y’know...real talk.
Sit in on our sit down to discuss the 9 symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder...and maybe have a swing? Fuck around and find out.
A minisode that became a full episode.
