Grant Halliburton Foundation was established in 2006 in memory of a Dallas teen who battled depression and bipolar disorder for several years before his suicide death at the age of 19. Grant Halliburton works to strengthen the network of mental health resources for children, teens, and young adults. June is our Anniversary Month at The Magdalen House and we love what we do and the women we serve. Executive Director, Lisa Kroencke sat down with two of The Magdalen House founders, Alicia Cassity and Mary Baldridge, at our Maggie's Women's Group retreat in 2019 and discussed how the idea of Maggie's came about and getting things started in 1987.
