Just a quick recap on the 60km urban ultramarathon that I completed two weeks ago, I detail my prior preparations, nutrition tapering and much much more! Whether you are looking to do 5k, 10k, 20k, a marathon or 100k all these points apply across the board as to how we do one thing is how we do everything.

Tapering is reducing training load coming up to an event and it can be done correctly or incorrectly, I have experience of both and I share my learnings that hopefully can provide you with some nuggets of information.
