48. Let Go and Trust

2022-12-2924:33

In this episode, Kim Andryc and Lora Solomon discuss: Being aware of your true self and listening to her.  Allowing yourself to experience pleasure.  Trusting yourself enough to experience disappointment.  Setting intentions for 2023.    Key Takeaways: Answering the question: What do you have on desire? Cuts through the noise and connects you with yourself.  Life wants to surprise and delight us. Allowing the wanting is part of the process. Feeling the wide spectrum of emotions is part of the human condition. Emotions are information and we need that information.  "Celebrate the wanting as evidence of aliveness." — Lora Solomon Episode References:  Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts by Regena Thomashauer: https://www.amazon.com/Mama-Genas-School-Womanly-Arts/dp/0743439937  Pussy: A Reclamation by Regena Thomashauer: https://www.amazon.com/Pussy-Regena-Thomashauer-ebook/dp/B01GUIKYLA  Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora:  connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and “Charles” discuss: Why AA works for so many people. How psychedelics entered Charles’ recovery and how it relates to AA. The history of psychedelics in AA.    Key Takeaways: AA can be a conduit for connecting people with a supportive group and a benevolent higher power, which allows people to better connect with their own sense of self-worth.  Therapeutic use of psychedelics can be an additional tool to assist you in your efforts of sobriety and with other aspects of your life.  The anonymity inside of AA helps to prevent judgment from the outside, and the double anonymity of psychedelics within AA is to prevent judgment from within.  AA members decide on their own sobriety date. The AA program does not have an opinion on psychedelics.    "Change is possible. It doesn’t matter how much your mind tells you that it's not, there's nothing special about me, I didn't figure some secret out, that's only available to me. It is possible to change. About Eric Osborne: Eric Osborne has a twenty-three-year history as a specialist with psychoactive and gourmet mushrooms. His first venture, Magnificent Mushrooms distributed gourmet mushrooms throughout Indiana and Kentucky. During that time he worked underground as a psilocybin facilitator until he and his wife were arrested and charged with three class B felonies. After overcoming this challenge, Eric and his wife Courtney founded MycoMeditations in 2013, the first Jamaica-based psilocybin retreat. While in Jamaica, Eric administered over 3000 doses of psilocybin to more than 1000 clients. He also founded two psilocybin mushroom farms in Jamaica, Magnificent Mushrooms and Psacred Therapeutics.  In 2021 Eric left Jamaica to return to the US to cofound Psanctuary; The Sacred Mushroom church with his wife Courtney and former Myco employee Athena. Eric and his wife also host the Psilocybin Says podcast which covers all aspects of wellness through the lens of psilocybin.   In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Eric Osborne discuss: Coming to understand the mystical.  Becoming more aware as we awaken.  The benefits of psilocybin and psychedelics.  Experiencing the highs and the lows of life.    Key takeaways: It takes courage to take what you learn from a mystical experience and bring it into everyday life.  When you experience the reality of our connection, it transforms you.   Psychedelics is a powerful tool, but it still requires humans to transform humanity.  The only sin is the illusion of separation from the source and one another.  "Become able to embrace the perceived cleanliness as much as the perceived filth and see them as equal. About Neil Hoover: Creative Conscious Agent, Entrepreneur, & Co-Host of The Creative Businessmen podcast on YouTube. Comedian & actor.   In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Neil Hoover discuss: The race of data collection and its uses.  AI sentience and the evolution of consciousness.  Getting better at solving the problems of humanity.  The perception of self and understanding information.  Dividing power to decrease corruption.    Key Takeaways: Consciousness is the ability to redirect and control your body.  Ideas are not individual, they are collective. Artists have honed in their expression of those ideas to be able to be understood and resonate with others.  People use drugs to relieve suffering in the short term, but it creates longer problems in the long term.  It isn’t about what information is available, it is about what information you are ready and willing to believe.  People should question things more than they should. Some things that are legal can harm people and some things that can help are illegal.  "I think AI, is just intelligence, it's not really artificial. I think it just is. It's just a different type of intelligence, machine intelligence, maybe, but I think it's just a projection of ourselves. It's an expression of humanity." — Neil Hoover  Connect with Neil Hoover: Website: https://www.neilhoover.com/  YouTube: https://youtube.com/c/TheCreativeBusinessmen  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/neilhoover_official/   Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora:  connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie   Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. About Halle Eavelyn: Featured in Time Magazine and USA Today and Good Morning America, Halle is a Transformational Wealth Coach, speaker, and writer who helps women clear their old patterns and beliefs so they can call in the financial power that brings freedom. Clearing the past experience of money makes it possible for her clients to cross the bridge to money’s future, which Halle sees in Decentralized Finance and cryptocurrency. Drawing on over 30 years of business experience in software, real estate, film production, and travel, Halle’s work with a variety of intuitive modalities is both deep and extremely fast, with clients experiencing powerful shifts in their thinking, feeling, and behavior regarding wealth.   Her latest programs include Wealth Reclamation and CryptoCurious, and her podcast and YouTube show is Goddess of Crypto.   In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Halle Eavelyn discuss: Reclaiming the feminine birthright of wealth.  Why women have a hard time receiving.  Women in history and in crypto.  The evolution of money and how that affected the fall of Rome and the current inflation crisis.    Key Takeaways: It's never about wealth. It's about the blocks that are keeping you from making your money. When you love yourself it is so much easier for everyone around you to love you and it opens the flow of abundance. The feminine principles must occur in order for you to grow your wealth. Because you can't grow your wealth by just giving. If you want to shore up your ability to get wealthy, you must allow your receiving muscles to turn on. We are starting to see time being sped up when it comes to earning money and becoming wealthy.  "What I love about crypto is it’s disruptive, it’s rebellious, it’s inventive, it’s creative, and it’s all about receiving, so it is feminine in its principles." — Halle Eavelyn   Connect with Halle Eavelyn: Website: https://halleeavelyn.com/  LinkTree: https://linktr.ee/halle.eavelyn  Show: https://halleeavelyn.com/podcasts/  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBihhTJ39drfKP4tBSE7xYQ  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/eavelyn/   Twitter: https://twitter.com/HalleEavelyn  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SheTransformed/  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/halle.eavelyn/    Get Your FREE Gift: The New Energy of Money here!: https://hallemoney.com/  Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora:  connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. In this episode, Kim Andryc and Lora Solomon discuss: What cognitive dissonance is and how it shows up in our lives.  The extreme contradictions in beliefs and narratives that cause anxiety.  The unconscious habit of “virtue signaling” and how it can lead to cognitive dissonance   Key Takeaways: Behaving in ways that are contradictory to our internal beliefs is a betrayal of our own selves and creates dissonance and anxiety within ourselves.  It’s okay to leave if you are in a situation that contradicts your values. It is good for your well-being.   The reason we feel scared is that we believe we will be rejected from the group. In  human history and in childhood, being rejected by the group is dangerous "This is where bodywork and body awareness are so important. Because, believe it or not, the mind is the last to know the truth. If I am disconnected from my body, then I am disconnected from the truth." — Kim Andryc   Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora:  connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. It remains in our cellular memory until we are ready to heal it.  Anger, at its deepest level, is a beautiful, transformational energy that allows us to move old patterns through our bodies. Even if we no longer have the organ of the womb or no longer physically bleed, we are still connected to our cycles and the cycles of planet earth. The seeds that we plant today will help to heal in our own lives and benefit future generations.  "The more you unravel, the more you heal at the root, the more expansion you start to bring into your own life, you shine your light, from a very different angle with a deeper understanding of what's been going on for all women on the earth for such a long time." — Emmi Mutale    Emmi’s work is focused on 1) the five core feminine wounds (mother wound, sister wound, body wound, menstruation wound, womb wound) 2) womb awakening in general (why is it so important for all of us to awaken to the power of our wombs) 3) working with our wombs to create the New Earth.   Connect with Emmi Mutale:  Website: https://www.femininerevered.com/  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/feminine_revered/  Facebook: https://web.facebook.com/FeminineRevered  Sacred Feminine Power podcast: https://www.femininerevered.com/sacred-feminine-power-podcast/    Free Gift: You Are a Miracle Activation: https://www.femininerevered.com/you-are-a-miracle-sign-up/    This activation, a channeling from the Wise Old Crone, reminds you of your innate Divinity and asks you to step into your sacred feminine power. About Heather Browne: As a relationship expert, Dr. Heather Browne has worked with thousands of individuals and couples in psychotherapy. She is published in hundreds of journals, has an active YouTube channel, has been featured on ABC-7 news, was the relationship expert on KDOC Daybreak OC, and is published in Inc. Magazine, Insider Magazine, Toronto Sun, Psychology Today, Focus on the Family's "Thriving Family", Light + Life, and hundreds of journals and reviews.   In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Heather Browne discuss: Embodying who we are to live the best life we can.  Honoring your voice and making the right decisions for you.  Moving through the unconscious blocks.  The complications of being human.    Key Takeaways: It is not your responsibility to heal someone else of what they have been through. However, you can help them heal from those old wounds when you show them that the past is the past and you love and care for them through it.  Whenever we have a resistance, there is something that we need to find out whether it is a reality or not.  Oversharing is not intimacy. Intimacy is letting someone into the moment to share how you are feeling in that moment.  You are precisely where you are to be in this moment. Love yourself in this moment then ask ‘what is next’ and allow yourself to do it.   "Our journey is to learn how to love ourselves and take care of ourselves then, if we choose to, love others and be loved by others." — Heather Browne     Connect with Heather Browne:   Website: https://www.drheatherbrowne.com/  Email: heather@drheatherbrowne.com  TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTd7b3xEh/  YouTube: https://youtu.be/ulYsgmXJmdc  LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/drheatherbrowne  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063801931581  Instagram: http://Instagram.com/dr.heatherbrowne     Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora: connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com     Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie   Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. About Tamra LaRese: Tamra LaRese is a Divine Oracle who accesses the Higher Self for answers pertaining to personal empowerment and authentic living. Tamra advocates for using emotions as our innate guidance system and access point to Spirit. Safety in authentic living and vulnerability isn't scary - it's where life gets good!     In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Tamra LaRese discuss: How Tamra became a Divine Oracle. Connecting to your higher energies.  Living life in vulnerability.  The practical information we can learn when working with our higher self.   Key Takeaways: We all have the divine intelligence within us and can access it. When you remove the emotion from the story, you will be able to heal and move past those events.  Nobody else is responsible for how you are feeling about a situation, that is on you and how it is bouncing inside you. That emotion is an opportunity to get a higher perspective. Connecting with your higher self, and working with them, will enhance our every moment.   "Vulnerability isn’t scary - it’s where life really moves through us. It can be perceived as scary because it's unknown, but when you sit with it, you begin to recognize that the idea of scary was all self made. About Maria Riegger: Maria Riegger is based in the Washington, DC area. She is a banking/corporate attorney by day (but please don't hold that against her), and an author and practicing astrologer by night. Maria is a Gemini whose head has always been in the clouds. From a young age, she was scolded for not paying attention. When she was bored, she would make up stories in her head. She has been writing since she was about thirteen years old. A rocky childhood, including the death of a parent, led Maria to consider how to be a better parent in a crazy world. In short, more laughs and positive connections and less dictating and criticizing. Parents can learn to parent with the child's unique needs in mind, rather than their own ego needs. An irreverent Gen X’er, in addition to parenting and astrology books, Maria writes gritty contemporary romance and romantic suspense, with plenty of sarcasm.   In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Maria Riegger discuss: How astrology can help you in understanding yourself as well as your interactions with the world and those around you.  Building connections with your children and strengthening that relationship through the astrological lens.  Your role as a parent in your child’s life.  Advice for blended families.    Key Takeaways: You are important because you are a human being. Not because of any achievement, sign, personality, or anything else.  Regardless of what your day job is, you can embrace your creative desires in other aspects of your life and explore that creative side of yourself.  Your child needs at least one person always in their corner advocating for them - as the parent, that ideally would be you. It is more important to your child than you know. Trust and respect are earned over time with all children.  .   "You cannot be afraid about making people uncomfortable, especially if it's about protecting your child and your child's interests." — Maria Riegger  Connect with Maria Riegger:  Website: www.lawschoolheretic.com  Email: rieggemr@gmail.com  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIvSb2h5u1_z7YCe5aIyOug?sub_confirmation=1  Instagram: www.instagram.com/rieggemr  Twitter: www.twitter.com/RieggerM  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Maria-Riegger-Positive-Parenting-through-Astrology-106194948101004  Books: Your Scorpio Child: https://amzn.to/2Z32S2x  Your Gemini Child: https://amzn.to/3jI6fpj   Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora:  connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie   Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. About Brian Hall: After decades of personal experience with religious trauma and abuse, Brian decided to take all that he experienced and overcame to help others see their abuse as a gift, and learn how to reconnect with their true Self. Brian uses his educational background gained, along with his MDiv and several years of counseling training in his career as a military chaplain and a hospice chaplain, to help guide clients on their individual journey to quickly explore their true beliefs and learn to create a life where they are abundant and full of joy. At Pneuma Counseling, Brian focuses on complex PTSD-based religious trauma recovery and integration of true personal beliefs into everyday life.   In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Brian Hall discuss: Taking back control after life in a cult.  Brian’s experience with QHHT and his journey to find his true Self.  What religious trauma is and how it impacts individuals.  The transformative discipline of gratitude.  Holding space to share and connect, regardless of beliefs.    Key Takeaways: A cult, essentially, hypnotizes people to believe a narrative and they use a lot of different things to enforce that hypnosis. Religious trauma can affect individuals in different ways. It does not look the same for everyone.  Meditation and gratitude can help you to connect with your highest and best self. In our developmental years, we are easily influenced by everyone and everything around us. But we can erase and rewrite over those habits and patterns that we were taught.  "This religion that I was a part of is supposed to give you hope, I felt very hopeless throughout that entire process. The only time that hope came into me is when I knew that I could control my own destiny and I knew that I have freedom. Then a plethora of hope came into me." — Brian Hall  Resources Mentioned:  7 Ways Religion Traumatizes People: https://youtu.be/7HwSGXPKzw8 I grew up in the Westboro Baptist Church. Laura Lewis-Barr was a graduate student in clinical psychology but eventually switched majors and earned her M.A in theater. Now she is an award-winning stop-motion filmmaker and educator.    Laura's focus is on animating fairy tales and mythic stories that feed the soul.  She is inspired by the work of Joseph Campbell,  Carl Jung, and Michael Meade.   Made in her basement in Chicago, Laura’s film screening events are filled with heart and questions for the Soul.   In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Laura Lewis-Barr discuss: Fairy tales, adaptations, and communicating with our psyche.  The connection between emotional intelligence and fairy tales.  Learning and teaching through stories.  Storytelling as a modality for healing.    Key Takeaways: In a healing fairy tale, you negotiate with, honor, and appreciate the witch in a way that brings more power to our lives. Fairy tales help us to recognize good and evil in ourselves and in the world.  Dream it forward. Take a story that feels incomplete and imagine what happens next.   When you’re being of service, it gives you greater meaning to your story than showing up only for yourself.  "We need fairy tales and myths because we need to be reminded that we're part of a bigger story." — Laura Lewis-Barr  Connect with Laura Lewis-Barr:  Website: https://lauralewisbarrfilms.com/  Email: lauralewisbarr@yahoo.com  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCMutJ4drdBbmlbOoN_4xTg  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/laurallb/  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/lauralewisbarrfilms/  Twitter: https://twitter.com/Psyche_Cinema  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MythicTalesForPsyche/   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lauralb_homemade_cinema/  Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora:  connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie   Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. Frank Wiegers brings a very unusual background to the field of love and relationships. He is a fighter pilot veteran of the Vietnam war where he was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and twelve Air Medals. He came home completely disillusioned with what was happening in the war and found himself in a relationship war that ended his marriage. This is a guy who not only flew fighters but also raced sports cars and Formula 2 cars in Europe, skippered a winning yacht racing crew, taught stunt flying, and won the Arizona State aerobatics championship. Talk about living on the edge. The thing that was missing in his life was a fulfilling, loving relationship. So, he turned his attention to learning everything he could about love, sex, and relationship. With degrees in business, aero-engineering, and law, he knew how to study; he sought out teachers from around the world, worked with a Native American shaman for over fifteen years, and read everything he could find about love, sex, and relationships.  He began working with men in the early nineties and, in 2004, met his wife, Judith, herself a successful personal, career, and relationship counselor for over forty years. Together they have written two books. Their latest is The Magical Sex Book.   In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Frank Wiegers discuss: Being a Top Gun in your relationships.  Speaking about sexual pleasure.  The power in pre-play and after-play for both men and women.  Engaging in all aspects of relationships.    Key Takeaways: In school, we learn about birth control and sexually transmitted diseases, but we are never taught about sexual pleasure. We get to become comfortable with conversations about sex - talking about what we like, what our partners like, and being our authentic selves in our sex lives.  Keep asking for what you want and don’t stop. If you’re not getting what you want, don’t just keep doing the same thing.  Something new and magical can happen when you become willing to ask for what you want.   "We all know that sex has energy. We all know that thoughts have energy. If you combine the energy of your thoughts with the energy of sex, that's like adding rocket fuel to your thoughts." — Frank Wiegers     Connect with Frank Wiegers:   Website: https://topgunlove.com/ Book: https://topgunlove.com/hormones-relationships-men-women-oxytocin/   Schedule your FREE discovery call with Frank here!: https://topgunlove.com/counseling-coaching/      Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora: connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com     Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie   Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. Other publications include Lilith’s Fire: Reclaiming our Sacred Life force; "The Kohanot: Keepers of the Flame", in Stepping into Ourselves: An Anthology of Writing on Priestesses (Key & Cant); Jewish priestess and Lilith entries in the Encyclopedia of Women in World Religions (de-Gaia), and “The First Resister: Evoking Lilith For Transformation And Freedom” in Original Resistance: Reclaiming Lilith, Reclaiming Ourselves (Girl God Books).    In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and D'vorah Grenn discuss: Knowing and acknowledging your full story.  Collaborating, not competing, with other women.  Having courageous conversations.  Moving past caring about what others think of you.    Key Takeaways: We are both Lilith and Eve. There is good and bad in all of us and we get to acknowledge all parts of ourselves.  Be willing to do critical thinking, even when it hurts.  Acknowledge our own faults so that we can move forward, even if it's painful, uncomfortable, unpopular, or simply inconvenient. You can model what feels authentic to you, even (and especially) if it is different from what you were raised with.  "We're all living in a patriarchal system - we get to recognize it, call it out, and then act according to our own knowing, by choosing new ways of being." — D'vorah Grenn Connect with D'vorah Grenn:  Website: https://www.lilithinstitute.com/  Email: dvorah@lilithinstitute.com  Book: https://www.lilithinstitute.com/lilithwp/shop/  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYYnhC2YC6xclEp_wVGm2Xg/videos  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/dvorah-j-grenn/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/idvorah99/  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lilithinstitute/    Get the Lilith Institute App through the Apple App or Google Play Stores!   Sign in to the app and mention you heard D’Vorah on the podcast and you will get a special offer of early registration for the next Women's Leadership Program and 15% off the tuition!   Sign up for the newsletter on www.lilithinstitute.com to receive a FREE Creative Uses of Anger Workbook!  Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora:  connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. In this episode, Kim Andryc and Lora Solomon discuss: The history of LSD in the 1950’s and 60’s. Bill Wilson, AA, and LSD. Potential benefits of psychedelics as a treatment for addiction  Holy rage.    Key takeaways: The pharmaceutical industry is designed to create customers, not cures.  Substances that could be helpful, such as LSD and Psilocybin, have been demonized. Connection with others is a key aspect of the recovery process.  There are thousands of well-trained providers across the country who can support you in having a therapeutic experience with psychedelic substances.   "It's completely insane that there are substances that are virtually free that could help billions of people right now, and they are illegal. It is absolutely heartbreaking." — Lora Solomon MSN FNP.    Reference:  Psychedelics in Recovery: https://www.psychedelicsinrecovery.org/  How to Change Your Mind Film: https://www.netflix.com/title/80229847  How to Change Your Mind Book: https://michaelpollan.com/books/how-to-change-your-mind/    Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora: connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com     Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie   Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions. About Lois Hollis: Lois Hollis, RN BSN REV, shifts our opinion on one of the most forbidden subjects: shame and guilt.  Depression, anxiety, 30 years of migraine headaches, and pain were Lois’ life until she learned the dangers of shameguilt (not shame and guilt.) She shares her 15 years’ experience as a ShameGuilt Educator, Counselor, Filmmaker to offer health and spiritual maturity.  Lois entered the health field as a Nurse's Aide at 12 and continues today at 78. As a trailblazer, she developed one of the first Kidney Hemodialysis centers in the USA. Today, she establishes shameguilt as an independent study. Lois’ film Out of Discord Into Harmony teaches us HOW to communicate our emotions and inner critic. “IM Good Film” makes shameguilt visible to illustrate its trickery and how to kick it out. She is the author of three books and podcasts. “Now is The Time,” a collection of her soul readings, helps us stop the negative shameguilt energy.   In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Lois Hollis discuss: Changing our relationship with the parasitic shameguilt energy.  The connection between our emotional self, our spiritual self, and our physical self.  Speaking directly to your emotions.  The effort it takes to be sane in a world where insanity is the norm   Key takeaways: Shameguilt energy turns our positive emotions to negative ones: our compassion to depression, intuition to anxiety, and passion to anger.  We cannot stay in the state of shame and guilt. On the Hawkin’s scale, the only energy lower than shame is death.  It is impossible to make a good decision when you’re feeling guilty. We have been in a space of insanity for so long, as a society, that we have started to call it normal.  We can move out of insanity and into a sane space by escaping the shameguilt hold.  "Shameguilt is not ours to own. We are all perfect creations." — Lois Hollis  Connect with Lois Hollis:  Website: https://truthissimple.com  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/loishollis/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lois3hollis  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoisAHollis  Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1362596790752033  YouTube: https://youtube.com/user/ShameGuiltSurvival  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shameguilt_  Twitter: https://twitter.com/loishollis3   CALL TO ACTION https://www.loishollis.com/call-to-action/    WEBSITE  https://www.loishollis.com/  Free e-book  “Now is the Times”                 Writings from Spirit to get out of the shameguilt dangers.  Free 15 minute call Soulspeaks  Healing information   FILMS  https://www.imgoodfilm.com/  ”Out of Discord Into Harmony”  20 minutes                                Communicating with your emotions and inner critic              “IM Good Film”   Shame Guilt becomes visible 15 min. About Anna Golden Ray: Anna Golden Ray is a healer who’s leading the way for people to remember the power & potential they hold in their body. She helps spiritual leaders use their body as their greatest spiritual asset so they can bring forth their vision with alignment & ease.   In this episode, Kim Andryc, Lora Solomon, and Anna Golden Ray discuss: The pandemic of disconnection. The return to the inner knowing.  The relationship between confusion and connection.  Sacred rage (and hot flashes) that exist inside all women.  Allowing our processing to be messy.    Key takeaways: We experience life through the body. If everything in the universe is made perfectly, there must be some powerful reason why we chose to have a body. Our body is our greatest asset as an energy processing tool.  Sometimes we need to hit our breaking point so that we can experience a breakthrough.  Everything that is on the outside reflects what is on the inside.  "When enough women have had enough, it's a force way more powerful than anything else on the planet. Where we're just taking a new stand for ourselves, where we're raising the bar, where we're not playing those games anymore. We're changing the system‌ from the inside out." — Anna Golden Ray  Connect with Anna Golden Ray:  Website: https://www.annagoldenray.com/  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOMpNUHTNolVmhKJc7v6xSg  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/anna.golden.ray/  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/anna.golden.ray/     Find out more about Anna’s Limitless Body Program which begins on September 22, 2022 here: https://www.annagoldenray.com/  Connect with Sacred Rebellion:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LoraAndKim  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sacredrebellionpodcast/ Email Lora:  connect@lorasolomon.com Email Kim: kim@kimandryc.com Show notes by Podcastologist Chelsea Taylor-Sturkie   Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions.
