They talk ADHD, autism, HRT, punk rock, and the power of saying yes to life. Also: weird museum dudes, glittery cheer boxes, and a fire-breathing dragon van at Burning Man. Billie Anne is back—and she’s not holding back. In this fiery episode of The CrossYaas Podcast, she’s joined by Sarah (beaming in from Scotland) for a raw, no-BS conversation about the global rise in anti-trans hate, political scapegoating, and the terrifying echoes of history we’re living through. Together, they name names, spill truths, and share what it means to survive—and thrive—as trans women in a world that wants to erase them. It’s angry. It’s honest. It’s radical. It’s necessary. We dive into trans joy, rebellion as authenticity, and the power of showing up for each other. Ep. 187 – Living Authentically: Daniela’s Journey as a Trans Woman. In this episode of The CrossYAAS Podcast, Billie sits down with Daniela, a trans woman navigating identity, family expectations, and self-acceptance. We dive deep into her journey—from childhood feelings of dysphoria to discovering her trans identity through social media, facing challenges with her conservative family, and the complexities of living a double life.We also explore the importance of self-care, the struggles of taking HRT consistently, and what it truly means to be an advocate for the trans community. It’s an honest, unfiltered conversation about fear, resilience, and the ongoing process of embracing one’s truth.Throughout this episode, you’ll notice moments of silence—because sometimes, the hardest thing is finding the words to describe our own truths. Daniela is still processing, and this conversation reflects that real-time journey of self-discovery.Listen in as we ask the tough questions: Who are you, really? And how do you take care of that person?#TransVisibility #TransPodcast #LGBTQVoices #QueerStories #TransJourney #SelfAcceptance #TransWomen #CrossYAAS #GenderIdentity #HRT #QueerCommunity #LiveAuthentically

Paul Worlton

The case of Jennifer Laude is a case of extreme toxic masculinity. This soldier was programmed by other males to feel such disgust for anything someone might perceive as gay that he felt he had to reject it with deadly force in order to redeem himself in the eyes of his peers. It was a reaction to the embarrassment of being tricked into enjoying something he had been taught was wrong and could affect his "man status." I wish we could convict all the males that continue to contribute to this culture of homophobia and toxic masculinity. It doesn't just affect the lgbtq community - it affects any person alpha males regard as inferior. Male, female, trans, whoever...if you don't pass their standards of a gender binary, you are worthy of whatever judgement they pass on you...up to and including death. This has to stop! This is not how a civilized culture should treat others. It is barbaric and it sets humans back when our leaders look the other way instead of punishing these crimes against
