Steve Forsyth has been an active voice and activist in the craziness over the last 5 years.Passionate about saving peoples lives and stopping children being taken illegally and unlawfully from their parents. Trevor Mealham has been very vocal about his journey of exposing Lloyds Bank for fraud.He claims there are thousands of victims who have fallen foul of the underhand tactics the bank deploys to push businesses into arrears and ultimately take their assets. Trevor has been fighting in the courts for years not only for himself but on behalf of 100's of other victims of fraud. Recently he was featured on Panorama although the full truth was not exposed. Now Trevor has been violently assaulted by multiple police, and whom knelt on him to push the wind out of his body and left him with no way to breathe.Fortunately his 15 year old son was in the house and when this was realised they stopped what they were doing. Handcuffing him and dragging him through broken glass they finally dragged him out of his house with only a wide open dressing gown on and no shoes. Later that day Trevor had a heart attack in police custody.The police instructed an ambulance to take him to a hospital that was not the closest, and did not inform his wife, prefeering to reference Trevor had an issue with his diabetes.The house has been boarded up with heavy duty fencing and so called security in attendance. This is not the end of story....Trevor knows their actions have only strengthened his court hearing in the European Court for Human Rights (Strasberg). Its like watching a blockbuster movie right now. ..... will good prevail?In this chat Iain explains how the misuse of Order 34 and certain individuals, have exploited the situation to gain unwarranted power. To fill in the blanks Iain created a documentary "Entrapment by Design" featuring his work on credit recovery, which led to his arrest in June 2023 by 13 police officers. He was interrogated for 13 hours by FCA officers but was not asked about the need for a financial services license. Iain explained that his organisation, a PMA, does not require licensing as it provides an admin service without guaranteed outcomes, including tax filings, which are not regulated by the FCA.He moved to Bali and then North Cyprus to avoid jurisdictional issues and potential imprisonment for contempt of court. In this conversation Iain shares his motivation for challenging the system, which evolved from a desire for revenge to a commitment to restoring integrity and transparency, particularly in the mortgage industry. Iain discusses his legal battle with the FCA, highlighting issues with the prosecution's legitimacy due to a non-existent prosecutor and lack of evidence against him. He explains how he invoked a court of record, which was prevented by security staff removing his attorney in fact. Despite these challenges, the FCA issued a sentence against the body corporate, claiming Iain spent 30% of frozen funds, an accusation he disputes. Iain noted that the Envoy Shield strategy worked, allowing him to pursue cases at the European Court of Human Rights and the International Criminal Court.Iain discussed his legal battles, including a libel case and a civil constraint order that prevented him from filing any cases in the UK judiciary system. He explained the structure of 3,000 individual trusts set up in the United States to recoup bank payments and mortgages for members, with 35 appointed trustees. Amy Sanger had created a secret trust indenture in January 2025, making herself the grantor, responsible party, and trustee without Iain's knowledge, leading to significant financial complications. Despite Iain being the head honcho of the trust, Amy's actions resulted in the closure of bank accounts and access denial, leaving the organisation with no operational funds to pay contractors and overheads. Iain emphasised that Amy's refusal to cooperate and the subsequent actions of David Ayerist, who attempted to blackmail him for a share of recoupments, further exacerbated the situation. The saga continues but Iain insists good will win, and that members will get their recoupments.
