Today is the first full moon of the year, in the sign of Cancer. Called the "Wolf Moon," named after the hungry wolves howling in the dark nights of January, this full moon is a time of deep introspection and reflection on our goals for the year ahead. The energies of Mercury and Mars in retrograde are not great for hustling energy at the moment, so use this time instead to dream and plan for the upcoming year. If there ever was a potent moon for releasing past baggage, limiting beliefs, stories, hurts, disappointments, perceived failures, and anything else you'd like to leave behind for good, tonight's full moon is the time.
