Andrew is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), holds the Master Certified Coach (ICF), and is a founder, past (and once again current) President of the ICF Luxembourg Chapter. Andrew is a founding partner of several international firms specializing in organizational development and change management, with a strong focus on leadership impact, emotional intelligence, and effective communication. Andrew’s early career was in international banking, where he spent 10 years working as a sales and relationship manager in the securities divisions of Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank. Managing a portfolio of institutional clients including ABN Amro Bank, Bank of England, and Barclays among others, Andrew went on to become Vice President of Sales for Benelux. 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒚𝒂 𝑹𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒉 has been a practicing coach for the past 8 years with credentials such as an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Advance Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), and Senior Practitioner from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She has a Master in Psychology, Economics, and a PG Diploma in Buddhist Psychology. Her experience in Coaching includes 3500hrs of Coaching corporate leaders across industries and levels of management. As Mentor Coach, she has mentored over 350 learners towards ICF credentials. She is also a speaker and a performing artist.
