Coming off trip to the NBA Finals, the Celtics upgraded their second unit and brought in an additional secondary ball handler  with Malcolm Brogdon. The upcoming season will be year 4 of the Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving partnership on Atlantic Avenue. The 2021-2022 season saw the Charlotte Hornets have the franchise's best season since 2016. Qualifying for the play in game as the 10th seed for the second straight year, but ended the season on a sour note with a 29 point L to the Atlanta Hawks.
