The French 75 is a classic celebratory cocktail, topped with sparkling wine and based on the fortifying flavor of gin. Or is it Cognac? Bourbon is America’s signature spirit, and for much of its history, it’s been synonymous with Kentucky. The annual Tales of the Cocktail conference has taken place in New Orleans for more than 20 years.
