The Jayhawks collected another quality road win, but Darryn Peterson pulled himself out of the game in the second half. What in the world do we make of this?
For the first time since early January, the Jayhawks took a loss in a basketball game, falling to Iowa State in Ames for the fourth year in a row.
In a night that no Kansas fan will ever forget, the Jayhawks ended No. 1 Arizona's undefeated run without Darryn Peterson, taking down the Wildcats in a classic at the Phog.
Kansas took care of business against Utah. Okay, great. We all know that all eyes are on Big Monday vs. No. 1 Arizona.
Darryn Peterson heard the chants. Then he went out and hit the two biggest shots of the season for Kansas. The result? A big-time road win in Lubbock.
So Kansas defeated BYU and Darryn Peterson was awesome, but... do we still have plenty of questions?
Without a KU game to recap, we focus on other basketball action, the KU/BYU showdown on Saturday, and a rough personal week that podcasting helped get us through.
