No matter if you are Black, White, gay, straight, rich, poor, Republican, Democrat, tall, short, old or young we have implicit biases. These are biases that are unconscious attitudes and stereotypes that can manifest in what we say, do, and how we treat others. They are pervasive because we often do not know that they reside within us. Kaitlin and Jordan dive deep on what implicit bias is, why do we have them, and how do we acknowledge and avoid acting on them.
