BPD.....live it with me , Nikki

BPD/EUPD is one of the hardest things to live with , get support for, medication for and be accepted for. I’ve struggled all my life and still am and to be honest , done some stupid and horrendous things to myself but to others. I’d like to tell you on a daily basis how I feel , what I think and what I do most of all in a hope that you recognise me and perhaps yourself and let’s get it out there and talk ..... really talk because no one and I mean no one gets it better than us , the ones living it.
