Four months back I went through what I can only describe as an IDENTITY DEATH. My relationship ended, my business came to a standstill, and pretty much everything in life simply paused with the pandemic. Single. Lost and Quarantined, I sort refuge in writing and practicing mindfulness. This experience inspired me to start a personal journey to discover how we can live a purpose driven and meaningful life.  Through my weekly podcast, I will be discussing about the benefits of mindfulness and its application in our everyday life.
