Hot on the heels of Adams Family, producers said - lets pull more intellectual property from the past and resusitate it. Granted, it tooke them 4 years - but at least did something alright. Only to follow this effort up with slop/cash grabs. Anyway - join Joe, Ken, Andy, and Dan as they relive some childhood trauma/excitement through the 1995 movie Casper. Not to mention - tangent for a good portion of the recording.

There was a time when Holywood didn't depend on CG to do nearly everything. They used it to spice up the things that practical effects could do. Join Joe, Ken, Andy, and Dan as they cross shovels over the 1992 comedy, Death Becomes Her.

Spooky season is here, and we came back to the original Ghostbusters bucket to bring some fun to the season, not just scares. For some, this film wasn't what people expected/wanted out of a sequel - for others, it was a fun movie in the universe of Ghostbusters. Peak man-ness comes to the screen with the pinnacle of weak story and non-sense violence in the film Commando. Finishing Christoper Reeve's Superman series with the fourth film in the overall series. With the return of Lex Luthor and the introduction of ... Nuclear Man? Or Press-on Nails Man? Scratch Man? Not to mention the use of an overtly 80s punk nephew. This installment tried to capture imagination with such a low budget it couldn't live up to the earlier films Join Joe, Ken, Andy, and Dan as they put to rest the 80's Superman series and determine if it still holds up.

Two friends like to play, but one of 'em has a dad who enjoys murdering the other for sport. That makes things difficult for the friends. And bears. When did you as a child first get introduced to death? Was it when Memaw went to sleep and never woke up? Or was it when you good intentioned parents took you to see dinosaurs give birth and then be slaughtered? For a good handful, it seems like watching dinosaurs die in human-like ways was thought to be a good idea. Heck, by this time I think I had seen anthropomorphized mice, rats, dogs, aliens, etc all die in human ways... but for some children, they hit this one first, or close to it. Welcome to the post apocalyptic future - where there is no war, just slow robot fights. Giant robots. Giant robots where their best weapon appears to be their fist.
