Une baladodiffusion en anglais

Ce projet consiste à proposer des ressources sonores, vidéo avec leurs documents d’accompagnement pour les élèves et pour les enseignants du primaire.

Pour les élèves :
Des dialogues à l’accent authentique ;
Des chansons traditionnelles ;
Des histoires ;
Des explications culturelles.

Pour les enseignants :
Des aides linguistiques ;
Des modèles d’expression orale ;
Des outils à exploiter avec les élèves.


La production de ce podcast est pilotée par l’équipe départementale du Val-de-Marne, coordonnée par l’IEN chargée du dossier langues vivantes. Il est alimenté par les recherches du groupe départemental Langues Vivantes Étrangères à l’école.

Les lectures sont assurées par des assistant(e)s anglophones en poste dans nos écoles pour une année scolaire ; l’anglais parlé est celui de leur pays d’origine, Îles Britanniques, États-Unis, Canada, Australie…

Les enregistrements et la création du podcast sont réalisés par deux maîtres formateurs TICE du département.

Les dessins originaux sont l’œuvre d’un conseiller pédagogique départemental en « Arts visuels ».

Un nouvel épisode est disponible chaque semaine. Plusieurs niveaux sont proposés (de 1 à 5) s’appuyant sur les progressions et les programmations départementales. Chaque enregistrement propose une version lente des dialogues et une version plus fluide se rapprochant davantage de l’expression d’un locuteur natif.

D’autres épisodes s’adressent principalement aux enseignants.

Tomorrow is Easter It’s spring and tomorrow is Easter! Tonight we’re going to colour eggs. What colours will we use? Red, blue, green, orange and purple. And tonight, the Easter bunny will hide eggs and leave us chocolate. When we wake up in the morning we’ll have an Easter egg hunt. We’ll eat chocolate eggs and sweets. Tomorrow we don’t have school.
