In this episode of Chasing the Insights, I talk to Katie Hahn. Katie talks to us about The End of Hustle Culture: How Founders Can Grow Without Burning Out or Going Broke. Katie Hahn is a business strategist, high-ticket sales expert, and founder of Katie Hahn Coaching — where she helps women entrepreneurs simplify their sales systems, stabilize operations, and scale without burnout. She is the creator of the CLIMB Framework, a proven growth method that takes businesses from chaos to clarity through sustainable systems, key metrics, and strategic infrastructure. With more than 16 years of leadership experience, Katie has served as CEO and Leader of multiple million-dollar companies across both traditional brick-and-mortar operations and digital coaching brands. She has built and led teams, overhauled operations, and scaled organizations from the top down. But what sets her apart is her approach: Katie leads with a deep commitment to service, mentorship, and building businesses that truly work for people — not just profit. After years of driving growth behind the scenes, Katie decided to step into her own coaching business. Starting from scratch while raising three kids, she walked the same unpredictable road her clients are on today. That journey — filled with lessons, setbacks, and resilience — shaped her passion for helping women entrepreneurs build businesses that give them freedom instead of overwhelm. She knows firsthand what it feels like to wear all the hats, doubt your next move, and crave structure that doesn't lead to burnout. Katie's mission is clear: to disrupt the coaching industry by ending gatekeeping and making business growth accessible. Through her Coaching Growth Lab, she flips the traditional high-ticket model on its head, offering a $497 lifetime membership that delivers the systems, tools, and community women need to scale. By combining proven frameworks with an affiliate program that pays women to help other women succeed, Katie is building not just a business, but a movement. Recognized as one of Toledo's "20 Under 40" leaders for her values-driven impact, Katie continues to bring that same servant-hearted leadership to every client interaction. Whether she's helping a solopreneur refine her first offer or guiding a seasoned coach to optimize for scale, she blends operational expertise with people-first strategy — always with the goal of empowering women to win on their own terms. Katie speaks openly about the messy middle of entrepreneurship and uses her CLIMB Framework not just as a tool for growth, but as a way to restore confidence, stability, and freedom. Whether on stage, in a workshop, or behind a podcast mic, she shares stories and strategies that inspire entrepreneurs to grow with structure and serve with heart. Moffitt is a business strategist, investor, and founder of Next Age Wealth — a platform built to help entrepreneurs prepare, position, and prosper through capital access and legacy-driven transitions. With more than 25 years in finance and entrepreneurship, Jon has helped business owners secure over $500 million in capital, build transferable value, and design exits that align with purpose — not just profit. Jon's methodology centers around a simple but profound belief: every business is a 3-legged stool — Start, Scale, and Exit — and each leg must be supported by the right Emotional, Mindset, and Spirit alignment. Through this framework, he guides founders beyond tactics and into deep clarity around what their business is truly worth, and what kind of life they want it to fund. From flipping struggling real estate assets during market crashes, to building and selling companies, to launching his current capital-readiness accelerator and "Lease to Legacy" transition programs, Jon has seen it all — and lived through the hard lessons most only read about. What makes his approach different is that he doesn't just focus on revenue growth; he focuses on building business value that lasts. His current passion projects include The Heartbeat of Money podcast and live Get Funded Masterclass events, which break down the real reasons why most businesses can't get funding — and exactly how to fix it. Whether someone is looking to grow, scale, or exit, Jon's mission is to arm them with the tools, insights, and confidence to stop working in their business and start building wealth through it. When he's not teaching or consulting, you'll find Jon cooking steak (he's a chef at heart), mentoring founders, or walking someone through the exact steps to stop chasing opportunity — and start building legacy.
