Brendan Ross recognized this challenge early in his career and saw an opportunity to offer a valuable service to equipment rental businesses.In 2010, Brendan entered the equipment rental industry as a hire coordinator at Botany Access, where he began his apprenticeship to become a mechanic. After completing his apprenticeship, he gained experience at Ahern Australia and Linde Material Handling. Eventually, he launched his own business, LNB Machinery Services.
