Arizona Muse is one of fashion’s most respected sustainability advocates. A model for over 14 years, she has worked with Prada, YSL, and Chanel and appeared on more than 40 Vogue covers. Passionate about a regenerative future, she is increasingly focused on decentralized finance as a tool for positive change. Alongside collaborations with Greenpeace, The Sustainable Angle, and UN agencies, she founded DIRT Charity in 2021, which she continues to lead. DIRT’s mission is to transform fashion into a climate solution by regenerating the soil where raw materials are grown, with a strong emphasis on biodynamic farming.   Nikki Trott is an ambassador for DIRT.   In this special episode Arizona and Nikki are live in conversation at sustainability summit Earthfest in London. The conversation spans soil health and regeneration, sustainable fashion, and the weaving of our personal paths.   Connect with Arizona: Instagram @arizonamuse www.dirt.charity   Connect with Nikki: Instagram & LinkedIn @nikkitrottwww.nikkitrott.com
Cofounders of Starseed, Ed & Emilie met in 2017 and fell in love. Both coming from high pressure city jobs, they face their own health issues including skin hives, premature ageing and rosacea breakouts. Their journey led to Kenya where they established an ethical value chain, combining their passion for skincare, regeneration and artisan circular design. A Star Seed was born.   We discuss the pros and cons of entrepreneurship together as a couple, not being a stranger to small failures, the connection between soil and skin, working with indigenous communities in Kenya and human rights, and new holistic definitions of success.   Connect with Ed and Emilie: Instagram @starseednatural www.starseednatural.com   Connect with Nikki: Instagram & LinkedIn @nikkitrott www.nikkitrott.com

‘An extraordinary book, showing how the factual, objective approach of science can be enriched by the ancient knowledge of the indigenous people. In episode #151, you will hear a discussion between me and regenerative farming pioneer Anne van Leeuwen. In this episode we talk about combining art and nature in culture, how to move beyond the dichotomy of ‘nature’ and humanity, how to find radical clarity with your statement of purpose (in 3 steps), the benefits of reconnecting with the seasons and cycles of life, and how to become native again as the deeply interconnected beings that we are.    Next, in episode #165 you will hear my discussion with Jeroen Klompe, regenerative and quantum farming pioneer, entrepreneur and investor. We discuss his cutting-edge work and experiments in ‘Quantum Farming’ - an approach that goes beyond regeneration and embodies a holistic approach to pro-life - which he talks about publicly for the first time right here. We discuss why we need a quantum approach to accelerate the transition to healthy humanity and environments, how to increase the flow of energy from the universe into land (a free resource we all have access to), why female energy needs to be reconnected to fields (and my involvement in a ceremony to do this!), and why he sees farmers as the pharmacies of the future.   Finally, in episode #158 you’ll hear my conversation with George Lamb - TV presenter turned regenerative agriculture co-founder of Wildfarmed. In this episode we talk about how to trust your intuition as your superpower, why the biggest gift George was given was unconditional love, the moment George realised he was complicit in selling distraction, how Ibiza seemed to change his life (!), why some farmers only have 20-30 harvests left, how to sense the miniscule expression from your solar plexus, and how regenerative agriculture is transforming our food systems.   All three of these incredible visionaries are mentioned in my upcoming book Sacred Business too. I hope you enjoy this recap, and you can explore the full episodes of the ones that call your attention.   Please let me know in a short review which episode, guest or takeaway grabs your attention, and always feel free to reach out to me on instagram or linkedin with any questions.   To listen to the full episodes, search for: #151 Anne van Leeuwen #165 Jeroen Klompe #158 George Lamb   Connect with Nikki: Instagram & LinkedIn @nikkitrott www.nikkitrott.com

In this special episode, we bring you a guided breathing meditation to help you connect deeply with yourself, the Earth and the unique contribution you are here to create. Ground yourself in the steady energy of the Earth, align with your contribution and feel the flow of connection between yourself and the web of life.   This 13 minute meditation was inspired by a breathing meditation I recently wrote to help a cousin who was in a coma and has thankfully now recovered. The meditation invites you to embrace your role as a creator and nurturer, offering your gifts to humanity and the planet. You will reconnect with yourself and the planet, dissolve fears and cultivate alignment and flow.   Listen to this meditation as often as you like to stay grounded, connected and inspired as you create and thrive in harmony with the world around you.   This meditation is set to music using Alpha waves to help you enter a deeper meditative state, bringing you calm, mind-body integration and learning.   Discover podcast notes, all episodes, book recommendations and more on www.goingconscious.com.   Connect with Nikki: Instagram @nikkitrott www.nikkitrott.com
