Convos with Luke McDermott, my friend from Stand up #1 Class at Second City.
This entire episode is about the topic of sex within relationships. What an under discussed conversation. Enjoy the ride!
Wide Range or convos! What a juicy delight.
I'm a huge fan and promoter of vulnerability. I wanted to share some of my personal thoughts on what I've learned from Brené Brown on the topic of vulnerability and shame. Most of what I read here is Word for Word from Brené Brown's Ted Talk " the power of vulnerability". Which has absolutely changed my life. I cannot recommend the work of Brené Brown enough.
Unpredictable ride
Guest Episode- One of closest friends Dan Moser and I just chopping it up about traveling and other random topics. He does a Herbert impression from family guy that I think is better than Herbert himself LMAO. Enjoy the ride.
