Earlier this year, our newSTAR player, 18-year-old Christian Pese suffered a stroke while playing rugby league at the New Zealand National Champs. In this episode, we talk to Isa Nacewa about how he was able to apply Mental Skills to his experience as a coach and player. Isa was one of the very few players who went from Performance Coach with the Blues, out of retirement to be a player at Leinster Rugby - a key catalyst to their success. A great lesson, particularly after Quade Cooper's talk in recent weeks about his mental view on "who he is" has been key to his successful comeback. Enjoy!
