For our final episode of this season’s podcast we look at leadership priorities for 2022 and beyond. The list of overarching themes is long and many of them are not new.   Building psychologically safe environments, being inclusive, understanding your teams and looking after people, talent retention, creative and innovative approaches to business models, open to change, empathy and personal growth.    Is the reason for these recurrent themes rooted in people’s inability to change? Or is it that these are inherently difficult things to change? What is a leader, especially when the traditional trappings of leadership are no more? How does a leadership team balance hard business skills with ‘softer’ human skills?   Whatever the answers, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, being ready to learn and fearlessly embracing new thinking will be the skills critical for leaders to thrive and survive in the next decade. Check out our top tips and resources for help in navigating a pathway to better leadership.   Continue the conversation, rate and leave a review, or share your thoughts and ideas by connecting via Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn.   And finally, for regular news updates and details on our Coaching Retreat, subscribe to our newsletter here.   Resources There's NO Such Thing as "Soft Skills" video by Simon Sinek https://youtu.be/o9uzJ0LgvT0   10 New Trends in Leadership & Management to Employ in 2022 https://www.stratx-exl.com/industry-insights/leadership-management-trends   Messengers: Who We Listen To, Who We Don't, and Why book by Stephen Martin and Joseph Marks https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/43522604-messengers   Developing the leader in you 2.0 book by John Maxwell https://store.johnmaxwell.com/Developing-the-Leader-Within-You-20--All-New-for-Todays-Generation-of-Leaders-Paperback_p_2820.html   What does a business leader look like in 2022? article in The HR Director https://www.thehrdirector.com/features/leadership/4-key-focuses-for-leaders-in-2022/   Leadership in 2022 and beyond: disrupted and stronger article from India News https://www.financialexpress.com/jobs/leadership-in-2022-and-beyond-disrupted-and-stronger/2434775/
Does thinking about the vastness of the metaverse fill you with dread? Don’t panic: we’re here to help.   Since Mark Zuckerberg bought it to the fore, Advita has been knee-deep in research to understand what this metaverse concept means and why organisations should start paying it more attention.   Web3, virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence: this episode digs deep into what these mean for the world of work. As business leaders, strategists and communicators, do we need to upskill ourselves? If we do, then how?   With our opposing reactions to such big ideas, we reminisce how far technology has evolved, debate whether this digital trend will endure or die out, and how to regulate something that’s decentralised before it becomes the Wild West.   If you’d like to chat with Advita about all things metaverse and how it might play out in your organisation, then she’d be delighted to hear from you.   Continue the conversation, rate and leave a review, or share your thoughts and ideas by connecting via Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn.   And finally, for regular news updates and details on our Coaching Retreat, subscribe to our newsletter here.   Resources: Advita’s blog: What does the future of metaverse mean for communicators? https://www.commsrebel.com/blog/what-does-the-future-of-metaverse-mean-for-communicators Video: Are you metaverse ready? https://www.adobe.com/metaverse.html The Fear Index https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1967620/ Netflix docu-drama: The Social Dilemma https://www.netflix.com/gb/title/81254224 Metaverse glossary of terms: https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5cf95628df5bf80001fba334/t/6204f466ae8043092b7331be/1644491900754/Metaverse+Jargon+Buster.pdf Podcast: A Leader Like Me with Rahul Sood https://aleaderlikeme.podbean.com/e/allme-s1e2-changing-the-online-game/ What is the Metaverse https://www.wired.com/story/what-is-the-metaverse/amp Mesh from Microsoft https://news.microsoft.com/innovation-stories/mesh-for-microsoft-teams/ Check out Cathy Hackl who is an expert in this area https://www.cathyhackl.com/
Whether you love or hate the phrase, there’s no doubt that “Change is constant”   We discussed The Challenge of Change in season three. This time we look at the critical roles stakeholders play in the success or failure of change, and the harm caused by segmenting change away from everyday business activities.   This episode is packed full of great practical advice on how to approach change, stakeholder mapping, communication channel matrices, and perfecting the ‘shoulder-barge’!   Individually and collectively, we have extensive experience in helping organisations – large and small – negotiate change. So if you’re about to start a change or are already in the process, please reach out to us at hello@calmedgedrebels.com.   Continue the conversation, rate and leave a review, or share your thoughts and ideas by connecting via Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn.   And finally, for regular news updates and details on our Coaching Retreat, subscribe to our newsletter here.   Resources: Podcast S3 E4 The Challenge of Change https://calmedgedrebels.com/the-challenges-of-change/ Redefining Comms podcast with Jenni Field S2 E6 Chaos to calm: Managing stakeholders https://redefiningcomms.com/podcast/chaos-to-calm-managing-stakeholders-s2-e6/ Research into deskless workers: Remotely interested? https://redefiningcomms.com/remotely-interested-report/ ADKAR model for change https://www.prosci.com/methodology/adkar Kotter's The 8 Step Model for Leading Change https://www.kotterinc.com/8-step-process-for-leading-change/ SWOT analysis https://www.cipd.co.uk/knowledge/strategy/organisational-development/swot-analysis-factsheet#gref PESTLE analysis https://www.cipd.co.uk/knowledge/strategy/organisational-development/pestle-analysis-factsheet Neuroscience for Organisational Change by Hilary Scarlett https://www.koganpage.com/product/neuroscience-for-organizational-change-9780749493189 Influential Internal Communication by Jenni Field https://redefiningcomms.com/influential-internal-communication-book-jenni-field/ Kubler-Ross Change curve: https://www.exeter.ac.uk/media/universityofexeter/humanresources/documents/learningdevelopment/the_change_curve.pdf
A WhatsApp chat, inspired by a conversation between Jenni and her husband on whether running was enjoyable or fun, sees us discuss the crossroads between enjoyment, fun and joy.   We look at the Scale of Joy and debate whether fear is truly the opposite of joy or if the relationship between the two is far more complex. When it comes to the world of work it’s not about having fun, but you can enjoy the challenge and fun might be the outcome. One thing we all agree is that we have fun recording our podcasts!   From swimming pool rapids to bobsledding, thinking about bungee jumping to theatrical tragedies, podcasting to interviews…all have the potential to bring fear or joy, or something in between. If you’re into extreme sports, then please get in touch as we’d really like to understand such an approach to risk and what drives you to seek joy in the perilous   As always, we end with a roundup of takeaways to try: tips on finding joy – or, as we say in this episode, “how to fill your cup”.  Continue the conversation by dropping us a DM on what brings you enjoyment.   Don’t forget to rate and leave a review, or share your thoughts and ideas by connecting via Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn.   And finally, for regular news updates and details on our Coaching Retreat, subscribe to our newsletter here. “Courage is a powerful force that enables us to overcome obstacles, fight for what’s right, do service for others, drive change, and ultimately become who we were truly meant to be. The call to courage comes to all of us in life. If we don’t answer, who will? If not now, when?” (Source: Ryan Holiday, author of Courage is Calling)   Do you need to be a bit more courageous? This episode discusses how to find your inner courage, the pitfalls of why we can lack courage, the role of fear, and how being courageous relates to being confident.   Join us as we share personal moments of fear, tips on being brave, inspiring quotes to live by, laughter, and even a game of charades!   We are passionate about helping people be their best selves, so if you’re struggling with confidence, please reach out to us.    Resources: Courage is Calling: Fortune Favors the Brave by Ryan Holiday: https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/58145670-courage-is-calling   Brené Brown on courage and vulnerability https://www.cbsnews.com/news/brene-brown-cope-coronavirus-pandemic-covid-19-60-minutes-2020-03-29/   Science of Fear by Dan Gardner: https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/301543/the-science-of-fear-by-daniel-gardner/   Jenni Field’s blog on the Science of Fear book: https://redefiningcomms.com/the-science-of-fear/   Podcast S3 E11 Why purpose matters https://calmedgedrebels.com/why-purpose-matters/   Podcast S4 E 11 Living and sticking to your values https://calmedgedrebels.com/living-and-sticking-to-your-values/   Soundtracks: The Surprising Solution to Overthinking by Jon Acuff: https://soundtracksbook.com/   Coaching Retreat https://calmedgedrebels.com/retreat-new/   Continue the conversation, rate and leave a review, or share your thoughts and ideas by connecting via Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn. Has activism become the accepted norm? What role has social media played in this? Should we have always practised activism but, instead, been blindly accepting when we should have been challenging? Does the forceful response of the few to someone’s views potentially lead to a cancel culture?   It’s important that, when we think about the world of communication in business and the polarisation of society, we talk about how aggressive conversations can feel. We often discuss alignment when working with leaders and different teams: the worry is that this is becoming increasingly difficult.   To illustrate, we cite recent controversial topics. We also look at the rise in slacktivism: Defined by the United Nations as when people “support a cause by performing simple measures” but “are not truly engaged or devoted to making a change”.   Resources: Podcast S4 E8: How thinking Differently can create belonging https://calmedgedrebels.com/how-thinking-differently-can-create-belonging/ Blog:  Seek a second opinion https://calmedgedrebels.com/seek-a-second-opinion/ Slacktivism: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slacktivism Podcast S4 E11: Living and sticking to your values https://calmedgedrebels.com/living-and-sticking-to-your-values/ Matthew Syed article The Times: In a land with 14 tribes named in its anthem, we were played like a violin https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/in-a-land-with-14-tribes-named-in-its-anthem-we-were-played-like-a-violin-z9zqz3n0s Unleash your inner rebel conference https://www.innerrebelconference.com/ Poles Apart by Laura Osborne, Alison Goldsworthy and Alexandra Chesterfield:   https://www.penguin.co.uk/books/111/1119814/poles-apart/9781847942975.html
Building on a previous episode that covered productive disagreement, here we look at how difficult conversations come about, especially for leadership. Although we tend to grapple with difficult conversations, we shouldn’t avoid them.   We use real-life examples to illustrate there are ways to learn how to navigate and deal with such dialogue in a way to enhance your life.   When it turns to tears we discuss the impact raw emotion and crying can have on conversations, the benefit of writing emails or recording voice notes that you never send, and how to avoid a dispute at an event becoming beer-gate!   Please continue the conversation, rate and leave a review, or share your thoughts and ideas by connecting via Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn.   And finally, for regular news updates and details on our Coaching Retreat, subscribe to our newsletter here.   During this episode we refer to the following resources: Difficult Conversations: How to discuss what matters most by Douglas Stone, Bruce Patton and Sheila Heen https://www.stoneandheen.com/difficult-conversations Podcast S4 E2 How to be heard with productive disagreement https://calmedgedrebels.com/how-to-be-heard-with-productive-disagreement/ Mistakes Were Made (But Not By Me) by Carol Tavis and Elliot Aronson https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/522525.Mistakes_Were_Made_But_Not_by_Me_
This week’s conversation was prompted by a thought-provoking article entitled Could The New Hybrid Workplace Turn Some Women Into Second-Class Employees?   As the statistics make for a worrying read, we ask: What are organisations doing to support people who choose to work from home? How can we ensure unconscious bias doesn’t adversely impact those who are ‘out of sight’? What can business leaders and communicators do to make sure that women and underrepresented people are not further excluded from opportunities?   We discuss the responsibility of individuals to ‘show up’ and be visible. There’s heated debate around knowing how and when to nurture people. Plus agreement to scrap D&I policies, and that “designing for the minority will benefit the majority” to make work a very different place.   Please continue the conversation, share your thoughts and ideas by connecting via Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn.   And finally, for regular news updates and details on our Coaching Retreat, subscribe to our newsletter here.   During this episode we refer to the following resources: Could The New Hybrid Workplace Turn Some Women Into Second-Class Employees? article in Forbes https://www.forbes.com/sites/nazbeheshti/2022/01/20/could-the-new-hybrid-workplace-turn-some-women-into-second-class-employees/?sh=2611348312ff Podcast S4 E1 on remote and hybrid working: Why ice cream and yoga won‘t improve your culture https://calmedgedrebels.com/why-ice-cream-and-yoga-wont-improve-your-culture/ Podcast S4 E12 Future trends for 2022 https://calmedgedrebels.com/future-trends-for-2022/ The pandemic revolution by Redefining Communications https://redefiningcomms.com/the-pandemic-revolution-hybrid-working/ Blog: Make networking work for you https://calmedgedrebels.com/make-networking-work-for-you/ Remotely Interested research into deskless workers https://redefiningcomms.com/dont-invade-the-canteen/ The Great Indoors by Emily Anthe http://emilyanthes.com/thegreatindoors/ Podcast S4 E8: How thinking differently can create belonging https://calmedgedrebels.com/how-thinking-differently-can-create-belonging/ Rebel Ideas by Matthew Syed https://www.matthewsyed.co.uk/resource/rebel-ideas-the-power-of-diverse-thinking/ Inclusion on Purpose by Ruchika Tulshyan https://mitpress.mit.edu/books/inclusion-purpose Blog: Thinking differently about hybrid working https://calmedgedrebels.com/thinking-differently-about-hybrid-working/
Welcome back to series 5 of our podcast! In this first episode we discuss expectations and how they link to happiness and resilience. Expectations of ourselves, of other people, of work, of society, of events and how each of these can impact our own perceptions of happiness.   We explore what happiness is and how finding happiness isn’t about constantly chuckling while grinning from ear to ear. And we conclude with our usual round up of top tips to takeaway.   As always, there’s lots of happy laughter throughout, and during the conversation we refer to the following books, articles and resources.   Poles Apart by Laura Osborne, Alison Goldsworthy and Alexandra Chesterfield:   https://www.penguin.co.uk/books/111/1119814/poles-apart/9781847942975.html Happy Sexy Millionaire by Steven Bartlett: https://stevenbartlett.com/happy-sexy-millionaire/ Ikigai https://www.forbes.com/sites/chrismyers/2018/02/23/how-to-find-your-ikigai-and-transform-your-outlook-on-life-and-business/?sh=722c3c712ed4 Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life by Héctor García and Francesc Miralles https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=ikigai&crid=1PL8H7MISRAG8&sprefix=ikigai%2Caps%2C171&ref=nb_sb_noss_1 Brené Brown and Karen podcast link: https://brenebrown.com/podcast/accessing-joy-and-finding-connection-in-the-midst-of-struggle/ Steven Bartlett interviews Mo Gawdet on the Diary of a CEO podcast https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/e101-the-happiness-expert-that-made-51-million-people/id1291423644?i=1000538174002   To continue the conversation, share your thoughts and ideas, please connect via Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn.   And finally, for regular news updates and details on our Coaching Retreat, subscribe to our newsletter here.

Welcome to Calm Edged Rebels; Trudy, Jenni and Advita’s award-winning podcast, which was only this week featured in Bananatag’s ‘22 Best Internal Communications Podcasts for 2022’. https://blog.bananatag.com/internal-comms/best-internal-communications-podcasts   As this is the last episode of the current season, our news section reflects on the podcast itself and the people who support us. And we have a question for you: how useful do you find our news discussions, and should we continue them into season five? We’d love to hear your thoughts.    The final big topic gives us an opportunity to gaze into the future and debate what the big trends will be for 2022 and beyond.   We talk about the rise of ESG and AI, and the influence they have over the ways we communicate. Changes in the use of technology have shaped the past few years, but where can we find reliable sources to learn about developments in the tech of the near future?   Diversity and inclusion, women’s safety and personalisation are all prevalent themes right now; which of these are likely to dominate our thoughts in the year ahead and how can we make sure we know how to work well with them?   Find out which trends we predict will increase and what we’re doing to stay ahead of the curve.   Finally, we want to say a big thank you to you, our listeners. We also take the opportunity to share topical issues with you.     In this week’s news section we talk about the changing expectations of generations in the workplace and an emerging sense that Gen Z employees are quick to make demands their bosses don’t understand.     For our big topic, we ask the tough questions about networking. What is the power of networking and how do you do it? Is it OK to find a new job through your network or is that unethical?   As we met through our networking activities, we share our thoughts on the difference between virtual and in-person events and how to make both work for you.    We consider the role of internal networking and discuss whether we should have a personal networking map. Welcome to Calm Edged Rebels.  Season four of Trudy, Jenni and Advita’s award-winning podcast.  In our weekly podcast, we share our views on the big subjects for professional communicators, leaders and coaches. We also take the opportunity to share topical issues with you.     In this week’s news section we compare how the change of the seasons is impacting us and our work. Listen closely to find out how many times Advita says ‘vibrant’ and you’ll know how much we’ve all got going on. We’d love to know how you are doing too, so contact us on our social media to tell us how you are.    Our big topic this week is inspired by Matthew Syed’s book, Rebel Ideas. It’s a book that focuses on diversity of thought in a broader way than a lot of the general dialogue around diversity.   We talk about the importance of widening your network and encouraging diversity of thought, while avoiding tokenism. Welcome to the Calm Edged Rebels podcast.    Trudy, Jenni and Advita are back with season four of our award-winning podcast.     In our weekly podcast, we share our views on the big subjects for professional communicators, leaders and coaches. We also take the opportunity to share topical issues with you.     Our news section today is a heartfelt chat about the impact a podcast episode had on all of us. Find out what that episode is, how it helped us identify the things we can change and what we’ve resolved to do about the things we can’t.    We revisit our thoughts on imposter syndrome for our big topic this week. It’s a subject that’s been in the spotlight online recently, giving us the opportunity to reflect on how our own views have changed since we last talked them over for the very first episode of Calm Edged Rebels.   How can we stop people using imposter syndrome as a label to limit their own development? How can we identify the people in our community who can help us develop our confidence, or who actually trigger our imposter syndrome more?    We share our experience of consciously building our own confidence and getting past our own inner imposters.   Find out why we think blanket approaches to combating imposter syndrome don’t necessarily work and what top tips we have for anyone who feels they want to develop greater self confidence.   Throughout the conversation we refer to the following books, articles and reports: The Diary of a CEO by Steven Bartlett with Mo Gawdat ‎The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett: The Happiness Expert That Made 51 Million People Happier: Mo Gawdat on Apple Podcasts   Rising Strong: how owning our stories gives the power to write a new ending by Brene Brown Rising Strong a book by Brene Brown. We also take the opportunity to share topical issues with you.     In our news section Advita and Trudy talk about meeting up at events, in person or virtually, including the recent Big Yak un-conference and the Diversity in PR conference. What are the benefits of meeting up in person and what do we get out of events? We also announce an exciting new podcast.    Our big topic is all about the role of technology in our lives and the way it’s changed  our behaviours.    We’re aware of the important role technology played in connecting us through the pandemic, but did the rapid rise of virtual working mean we failed to create the behavioural rules needed to know how to use technology with good grace?   Why do we feel more ‘human’ when we meet in person and how do we build those human traits into our meetings and interactions when we’re using technology?   We talk about the implications for meeting etiquette, the role of vulnerability and connection and the potential for gaining more social advantages from technology.   Throughout the conversation we refer to the following books, articles and reports: Redefining Communications research download: Communicating with Generations Y and Z  Downloads - Redefining Communications (redefiningcomms.com)   Calm Edged Rebels blog: The practice of Productive Disagreements The positive practice of productive disagreement - Calm Edged Rebels   Simon Sinek podcast with Brené Brown Episode 27: The One With Brené Brown | Simon Sinek   Redefining Communications download: Seven tips for running better online meetings Downloads - Redefining Communications (redefiningcomms.com)   Redefining Communications workshop: Productivity Power of productivity workshop - Redefining Communications (redefiningcomms.com)   Comms Rebel coaching workshops Coaching and Mentoring Packages — Comms Rebel   Colinear Executive Coaching: EXECUTIVE COACHING - Colinear   If you want to find out more about this topic, or about us, head over to https://calmedgedrebels.com for all the info.

We also take the opportunity to share topical issues with you.     In this week’s news section, we discuss the issues that have surfaced around FaceBook in the past week and consider what that means for us, as social media users as well as professional communicators.    Our big topic takes on the tricky subject of listening actively in an age of hybrid working. We compare experiences most of us have, of meetings where some participants are in the room, some are remote.   How can we develop better methods of listening, being curious and demonstrating our interest in our people?    We talk about the challenges of encouraging leaders to be clear about the difference between issues that are open to dialogue and topics that are not open to feedback. We also share our top tips on developing listening skills and improving the quality of listening in organisations.   Throughout the conversation we refer to the following books, articles and reports: Research by Dr Kevin Ruck, Howard Krais and Mike Poundsford Listening to employees: from measurement to meaning - PR Academy Productive disagreement The positive practice of productive disagreement - Calm Edged Rebels https://twitter.com/mrsjennifield Line of Sight: research into Line Management Line of Sight - Redefining Communications (redefiningcomms.com) – Redefining Communications If you want to find out more about this topic, or about us, head over to https://calmedgedrebels.com for all the info.

We also take the opportunity to share topical issues with you.     In this week’s news section, Trudy and Advita talk about entrepreneurship and the demands of running a business through the pandemic.    Our conversation links nicely with our big topic this week, which was recorded live at the 2021 Comms Hero Week. We spoke about Intention. Being intentional is something we all discuss often in our roles and we see it as a broad, important topic.   How relevant is it to have the right intentions for the work you do? How does being intentional, and maintaining commitment to your intentions, help you achieve your aims?   We discuss the link between purpose and intention and the importance of clarity and boundary setting.   As it’s a live recording you get to listen in as we answer questions about intention from other Comms Hero Week attendees.   With our thanks to the Comms Hero Week team for inviting us to take part and to Carly Cook for moderating the questions during the event.   Throughout the conversation we refer to the following books, articles and reports: Deepak Chopra Deepak Chopra™️ - Official Website Ikigai: https://www.forbes.com/sites/chrismyers/2018/02/23/how-to-find-your-ikigai-and-transform-your-outlook-on-life-and-business/?sh=5748f2242ed4 Matt Haig: The Midnight Library The Midnight Library: The No.1 Sunday Times bestseller and worldwide phenomenon eBook : Haig, Matt: Amazon.co.uk: Kindle Store Jackie Le Fevre Magma Effect Brené Brown: The Shame Spiral Brené Brown: Listening to shame | TED Talk Eisenhower Decision Matrix https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tT89OZ7TNwc Triage tasks Darria Long: An ER doctor on triaging your "crazy busy" life | TED Talk   If you want to find out more about this topic, or about us, head over to https://calmedgedrebels.com for all the info.

We also take the opportunity to share topical issues with you.     We’re always keenly interested in diversity, equity and inclusion, so in this week’s news section, we explain why those topics are particularly top of mind for us. Find out what we’ve been learning and doing about this recently and what you can get involved in too.    Our big topic this week is all about motivation. How do you get motivated and how do you keep it going, so you can make an impact?   How helpful are those motivational quotes people share on social media and why does a sense of community and shared understanding help?   We share how important is it to us to have clear parameters around work time and social time and how we achieve the right balance. We talk honestly about what affects us and how we deal with those days where motivation is lacking.   We also consider how leaders can impact the motivation of their teams and how you can adjust your style and approach to motivation to match the needs of the individuals in your teams.   Throughout the conversation we refer to the following books, articles and reports: Mel Robbins: The 5 Second Rule The 5 Second Rule: Transform your Life, Work, and Confidence with Everyday Courage (Audio Download): Mel Robbins, Mel Robbins, Mel Robbins Productions Inc.: Amazon.co.uk: Books   Simon Sinek: Soft Skills are Human Skills There's NO Such Thing as "Soft Skills" | Simon Sinek - Bing video   Hilary Scarlett: Neuroscience for Organizational Change Neuroscience for Organizational Change: An Evidence-based Practical Guide to Managing Change: Amazon.co.uk: Scarlett, Hilary: 9780749493189: Books   Stephen Bartlett: Happy Sexy Millionaire Happy Sexy Millionaire: Unexpected Truths about Fulfilment, Love and Success: Amazon.co.uk: Bartlett, Steven: 9781529301496: Books   Matt Haig: Notes on a Nervous Planet Amazon.co.uk : notes on a nervous planet - matt haig   Brené Brown Podcasts - Brené Brown (brenebrown.com)   Amy Cuddy: re power posing Amy Cuddy: Your body language may shape who you are | TED Talk   Matt Coates: 7 Types of Motivation 7 Types of Motivation You Need to Acknowledge - Mindvalley Blog   The privilege wheel: https://www.ala.org/advocacy/sites/ala.org.advocacy/files/content/DPL2018_CulturalHumilityWheel.jpg.pdf     If you want to find out more about this topic, or about us, head over to https://calmedgedrebels.com for all the info.
