In this episode of Unwind Your Mind, our host, Chloe Kim, chats with Annabell Tanzil about the experiences of being an immigrant in a foreign country (Canada). This episode delves into the experiences that Chloe and Annabell experienced while adjusting to a foreign country, how they impacted their mental health and some personal tips in dealing with the hardships of being an immigrant.
