Albert Fish is one of America's most deranged serial killers yet rarely brought up when we talk about Heavy Hitters. Albert's reign of terror took place between 1924–1932 and his victims were primarily children which makes this case that much more chilling. This week it's Kylie's turn to talk about her favorite serial killer. Richard Ramirez was born and raised in an environment most people couldn't fathom. From an early age, he witnessed violence and drug use, had multiple head injuries, and had family members train him on the art of stealth, killing, and being a peeping tom. On top of that, he re-wrote the book on serial murders. The Night Stalker had no rhyme or reason for going after his victims; he did not discriminate. Because of his manic killing cadence and strategy, he was nearly impossible to catch. On top of that, the capture of Richard Ramirez is, hands down, the most fitting and exciting capture of a modern-day serial killer to date.
