You may have noticed that my entire life was turned upside down over the past year. I separated and then divorced after over 20 years with my husband, bought an RV and traveled the country over the winter trying to figure out what to do next. I ultimately landed in northwest Arkansas and am more or less starting my entire life over. In this episode, I explain a bit about what happened, where I've been, and what's coming next. Here's what you'll hear in this episode: How I relocated from my "forever home" in Montana to a rental in northwest Arkansas. An update on my personal life and the significant changes I've experienced. In this episode of The Earth Keepers podcast, I'm welcoming my friend and healer Shae House. Shae House discussed her spiritual journey, starting in 2018, and her transition from portrait painting to crystal healing and land work. She attended a workshop with medium Bonnie McCluskey, which sparked her interest in trusting spiritual messages. Shae's experiences with nature and crystals led her to study with Amy, validating her work. She highlighted her connection with the White River and the importance of water in her practice. Shae also shared her plans for creating pilgrimages to Arkansas's sacred sites and her affinity for crystals, emphasizing the validation and learning she gained from Earth Tenders Academy.

In this episode of The Earth Keepers podcast, I'm welcoming my friend and healer Velvet Phillips-Sullivan. Back in 2020, I shared a video of the two of us chatting with members of the Earth Tenders Academy about a map she had been working on of Cities of Light across the United States. This map tends to be very activating for many of us who have worked with it and has unintentionally guided much of my spiritual journey over the past five years since she first showed it to me.

It's like performing energetic surgery, where we work with the spirits to rewrite energy patterns, much like binary codes in computing. This deeper healing approach is necessary for areas that have experienced significant trauma.

Ke'oni Hanalei is the founder of Pohala Fern Medicine. If you follow Ke'oni on Instagram, you have likely encountered his near daily Ferncasts where he shares the teachings and medicine of the Hawaiian ferns, intertwined with the indigenous knowledge of the Hawaiian islands. His clear transmissions and joyful nature are always a pleasure in my feed, inviting us all to deeply participate in the creation of our lives and our co-creation with this planet. Ke'oni offers the medicine of the ferns through the medicinal oils he creates through careful harvest, distillation, extraction and ceremony. And let me tell you, his offerings are potent and powerful.  We recorded this conversation back in mid-July, prior to the devastating wildfires on Maui, where Ke'oni lives. He has since been a vocal and active participant in calling for the repair and restoration of Moku'ula - the original seat of energetic power in Lahaina on Maui.  This location is an incredibly important axis mundi, or energetic distributor, in the earth's grids and the inner-earth waters, and the energy was disrupted through the colonization of the islands. Aislinn Kerchaert is an Initiated Kontomble Voice Diviner. The Kontomble are known as the little people from the Dagara Tribe in Burkina Faso. Their medicine and ways were brought to the West by Elder Malidoma Somé over the past thirty years. The Little People are known by many names across many cultures and are recognized as leprechauns, fairies, gnomes, and more- their medicine and its message is universal in nature. Jarod K. Anderson shares a constant stream of odd, poetic, and often philosophical observations about life, science, and the natural world on his podcast, The Cryptonaturalist. Kari Allison, who does healing work with light language, to the show to discuss where exactly humanity is headed and how we can collectively create the future we'd like to see and how animals are assisting in creating new realities on the earth and creating where it is. Kari says that light language opens a portal between dimensions. As her experience with channeling in this way has unfolded, she has seen what can be unlocked for people who learn how to do this for themselves. Sarah Thomas believes that the stones of the Earth can show us the way to the next Golden Age. In these years of purification that we are currently experiencing, the stones are helping us to access the deepest, darkest parts of ourselves that need to be brought to the light. According to Diana Cooper's book Discover Atlantis, Atlanteans used crystals for almost everything. They were the source of their power and technology. As we consider what the ancient future technology should be for optimizing our human-ness, I think we have to start at the beginning and consider the technology we're already surrounded by.
