Episode 147, I talk with Veteran, PTSD Survivor, Drummer, and Metal Fabricating Artist, Steve Kost! We start with an intro into Steve's life and then hop into his time in the military that he served. We then go from that into how Steve came home and hoe he faced and started dealing with is PTSD from being in the military and seeing what he seen where he was stationed. We then go into music and how drums became a part of his therapy dealing with the PTSD. We then talk about the bane that was formed because of Steve learning to drum called The Seventh Sons. From that, we then get into his art of metal fabricating and what art he created by learning and doing that in his basement late night.
