Success over Stress!! Your vote, your voice. This episode talks about the power in your vote and how it's important to engage in the election process. I've looked at the FED.gov website and share some data about the financial campaigns ran by Joe Biden and Donald Trump. November 8th, is the general election so be sure to take part.
So this is the continuation from previous episodes where the tenant only has paid $74 of $550 rent. Remember, I did NOT choose this tenant. Holdover from another landlord during a purchase.
Why do you need structure? You need to protect your assets, and you need to minimize your expenses. Stability and scalability will be important later. So start with the end goal in mind!!

Update on Stock Day Trading and We just started a Non Profit Organization!! Day trading stocks involves risk, and is not for the faint at heart. If you want a job..and one where you need to be your own worst critic....then day trade stocks. Sheesh. I like the challenge and I'm not done yet.
On the other hand...I've taken some time to do less for myself and more for others. Carlos Bannister and I started the Non Profit Organization FATE. Friends Aligned to Elevate. Our mission will be to assist those in the community with their basic needs as groceries. We also spent time today picking up litter at a local Wells Fargo. "When you look good , you feel good." Our hope is that the trickle down effect will begin.

A tribute to Louis Armstrong. Today we discuss the power of having balance in your journey to success. The song, "What a Wonderful World", was based on simple concepts yet overlooked right at the beginning. Later, the beauty, and charisma was realized.
Many don't realize that the beauty & charisma in your life, is simply from living it. Chasing fame and fortune can certainly lead to misfortune and everything in between. Try maintaining balance in your journey, and when you get to where you were going you will have be where you were....and that's happy, and appreciative!!

Well...Lets talk about that. The 1099 IRS form is pretty important when running a small business and needing to outsource some of your tasks. That way you can get the job done without employees. BUTTT...if you have a child under the age of 18 that is your dependent, they can surely help you with your job whilst not having to file AND you get to deduct it as an expense. How righteous is that???
The title says it all. Take a walk with me down this path of pleasure. Royalty and Riches come...but only after headache and heartbreak. Be the Balance. Live and let live. Ahhhh...
But seriously. I had some tenant hurdles and I've been wrecking my brain learning the art of day trading stocks. MMM....recipe for success?? Find out!!
I typically make good use of Zillow or Redfin to perform ARV estimations. While good... and often times sufficient, I tried my hand at a CMA or comparative market analysis this time around. I learned a few things about ARV. When a house is not yet repaired...there is quite a range that you can assume for ARV depending on the comparables in the area and the finishes you decide to employ!! Enjoy today's podcast. Thanks
Health is also key to your overall wealth and income. This can be cyclical however. So...please pay attention to the pattern and make sure that your cycle is not spiraling downward. Take care of your health and thus protect your wealth.
