Welcome to Season Xi!
You knew we weren't going to let the NFL draft pass and not bestow wisdom on the league.
The Chairman of the Rules Committee has a whole host of suggested rule changes. Sure, he has some old chestnuts like "the coach rule" and "punter rule," but lots of new wrinkles too.
Lots of questions too about the growing distance between the Chairman of the Rules Committee and the league office. We are going to need Commish and the VC to come on and explain that as well as whether we will see the VC ballot harvesting rule votes again.
