She was last on the podcast Season 5, Episode 55, where we discussed how interrogation rooms are similar to CPS involvement and how Laurie experienced domestic violence shortly after being married.     Laurie discussed new scientific data by Gutowski and Goodman such as when did scientists started really looking at the connection between legal abuse and judicial betrayal. Also why studying intimate partner violence is so important when it comes to its appearance in CPS cases. Laurie discussed what this study proved and what can happen to survivors of CPS cases where intimate partner violence is attached. Murder was discussed as to how many people are murdered by intimate partners.     We discussed and explained the definition of legal abuse. What is the best solution for judicial betrayal issues when it comes to intimate parent violence that happens so often in these CPS cases. What can law enforcement do when they are called in for CPS and how this should be handled was discussed in depth as well as what can district attorneys do to curb CPS cases.    There should be random drug testing, psychological evaluations and lie detector tests should be routinely done with family court judges. After her film came out, Argentina has  since changed the law, allowing joint custody and no more gender bias in the law.      Ginger came back to the U.S. and found that a lot of mothers couldn't see their kids and that's it's more about money. The kids themselves, as young as seven were on social media talking about how they couldn't see a parent or a sibling. This is when Ginger made the film, "Erasing Families." Brian is representing himself and is battling lawyers from 3 DIFFERENT STATES (New York, Chicago and Indiana) in the case.  Recently, there was a hearing in the federal court and Brian tried to get the judge to take JUDICIAL NOTICE of a PERJURED AFFIDAVIT that the New York lawyer, Justin M. Ellis, signed under penalty of perjury.  The judge, after rethinking things over DECIDED TO ADMIT THE DOCUMENT into the record, and that's when it hit the fan: when the New York Lawyer started to WHINE and BACKPEDAL, trying to cover the perjury.       HOWEVER, magistrate judge, Joshua Kolar, has been accepted to be a federal court of appeals judge at the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago, the SAME COURT that Posner was at.  Brian gave us updates on his case and now that the case is back in Judge Theresa L. Danielle has been a victim of Parental Alienation and hasn't seen her boys in the last 8 years and that was when they were 4, 6 and 8.     Slam the Gavel welcomes Autumn Mattox to the podcast. Autumn  Mattox is a Victim Advocate on a volunteer basis since 2015. Autumn talked about being a victim herself of electronic harassment. Autumn explained how this was used this on her, and she recommended going on TikTok and looking up Dr. Lighthouse who details this. This also involves AI. Although not government based, electronic harassment and gang stalking could be used through religions (for persecution)  or criminal organizations. After going through this, Autumn had been traumatized and turned her life around and has been helping others, hearing their stories and to make sense of what they didn't understand.     We discussed the targeting of Judge Mary Elizabeth Bullock in detail. Autumn and Judge Mary Elizabeth Bullock became friends in November. Talking to Mary every day,  months had gone by, but one day, Autumn didn't hear from Judge Mary Elizabeth. This concerned Autumn. Autumn left Texas and came to California to check on her only to find that someone had redirected all her medication, had hacked into all her bank accounts and froze them as well and someone had bought rollerblades (Mary is blind, has Lupus and has MS). Every day there were charges going through her account. Autumn thought it had to do with the gang stalking she was dealing with in Texas. Judge Mary Elizabeth's insurance went from $165.00 per month to $5,000.00 per month for a retired federal employee. The evidence was posted on LinkedIn. The last time he was on the podcast we discussed the effects of girls maturing faster than boys and the role of patriarchy in the film, Barbie.     Today we discussed why we do not know about Female Power or Female Power equal partnership and why are we so blind to this? On an intuitive level it is believed females have a force of influence in everything. Men don't want to hear about female power or their own vulnerability to it and women don't want to hear about Female Power either. There is a well of insecurity and men and women cling to what they have. We talked about the specter of "blame" and "accountability," in depth.     Both sexes have a choice and are responsible for the outcome. Accountability tastes bad, but it is good for us, but both sexes want to evade accountability. It's where the ego's are invested. We talked about the Salem Witch Trials where females turned on females. Intrasex hostility was discussed the issue where men's hostility toward other men and women's hostility toward other women.      If women are equal partner in the human systems she is equal partner in crime as well. These children are forced into  another living arrangement with an exploitative person and these children are being told that their parents gave them away, their parents don't want them or their parents won't comply whatever they need to say to make the child feel abandoned. There are a lot of families being exploited and retaliated on.      This is the federal funding that is driving the exploitation of families whether it's Child Support: Title IV-D, Foster Care placement: Title IV- E and we are now seeing the incentivization of children and families and there is no remedy, nothing that can stop the egregious exploitation and the harm it is doing to children. 70% of missing children came from Foster Care,  the majority of child sex trafficking comes from Foster Care, this is the most DANGER A CHILD WILL FACE IN AMERICA. Parents are wondering where their children are and if they are alive. Biological parents can't find their children but child traffickers have no problem finding those children. Presently, Joan runs and manages a non-profit with over 50 chapters around the world. This 501 (c) (3) is an international non-profit organization for the Prevention, Intervention and Support of Survivors of abuse (www.pasintervention.com). Part of this work includes running online support groups for these SURVIVORS of ABUSE and in particular Psychological Abuse since 1998.     Joan has reached out to the ADA organizations nationally and their words to Joan was that it was an "EPIDEMIC." If you are disabled, THEY DON'T CARE. In cases where the person has ADA accommodations, the judge can/will decide they are incompetent and without an evidentiary hearing and violate the person's rights. They can be allowed to either fire their attorney and self represent, or put on to assist their attorney. This is a FIRST AMENDMENT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT VIOLATION.     Joan has seen parents so traumatized and their PTSD, stress and anxiety being off the charts because it's their case and being treated horribly in the courts, being attacked from every direction and being yelled at. Most of these cases do not belong in a courtroom. There should be a mediation process.     The courts make an ADA Advocate register who they are in support of that individual. This is a private thing. ADA records are supposed to be sealed with the courts as well as the ADVOCATE. If there is a physical or mental health issue going on and they should be in therapy for all of this so we can have empathy for each other. We need to learn differently.     Slam the Gavel welcomes Dr. Robert Bauchwitz. Dr. Bauchwitz is a consultant in evidentiary audit and a university lecturer in biology. He has a long background as a scientist handling data and evaluating evidence. In addition, he has been trained and certified as a fraud examiner. He has also been the plaintiff-relator in a federal False Claims Act science fraud case. Dr. Bauchwitz has also personally  experienced the serious misconduct that seems to run rampant in the U.S. family courts today.     Dr. Bauchwitz learned an important lesson in graduate school and that was that science was not always an ivory tower of discipline conducted by people devoted to the integrity of the data they were producing. However it was a "business," conducted by people who were self-centered, miserable and very willing to cheat to survive whilst making a large amount of money.      This experience eventually led him to work with the federal government to try to recover grant funds, which had been obtained under false pretenses, based on fabricated and falsified data submitted by scientists at Cornell University and Thomas Jefferson University.     During the federal case, Dr. Bauchwitz began his training as a fraud investigator, and just after the case, he also obtained training as a paralegal, specializing in litigation. Most importantly, his experience with the science fraud case led him in 2011 to start his  own fraud investigation firm, Amerandus Research. It was initially geared towards helping whistleblowers and their attorneys investigate their legal cases and keep their communications secure. But as time went on, he found that providing career rehabilitation services was also very important to whistleblowers.     Although Dr. Bauchwitz never envisioned ending up in family court, it was through his more recent experience in that arena that he feels himself being transformed into a whistleblower again.      Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes back Natalia Dalton. Natalia was last on the podcast Season 3; Episodes 26 and 144. Natalia gave updates on her case and discussed her child support enforcement hearing, where Judge Sotelo was willing to hear what had gone wrong, but Natalia's "public defender" told the judge that they can't fix her arrears, as it was in the Virginia laws. The judge listened to the "public defender."      Natalia had done a FOIA request from the Child Support Enforcement Office, and they gave her very little information.  Natalia has proof that back in 2014, she was not at a hearing where the father gave the court her income and therefore the court gave her a figure she could never make and she was never full-time.     Natalia hasn't seen her son in years, as the father makes it "difficult" when he picks supervisors and then declines them, so Natalia can't use them so she can see her son.  Her "public defender," told Natalia at this hearing to not tell the judge she has not seen her son and that they would take back some of the questions Natalia asked in Discovery. However, the father doesn't comply with the discovery, and the courts allow his erratic behavior especially when he asks the court to put her in jail for one year or pay $23,000.00 in arrears. The court tossed that aside and reduced part of her support, and gave her a restricted driver's license.      Since when does a judge entertain a "public defender" telling him what the law is, when he was wanting to hear what this mother has to say? His experience in family court is not unique, as PERJURY and FALSE ACCUSATIONS as well as EXTORTION in the form of LIFE - TIME ALIMONY are ACCEPTED; NO QUESTIONS ASKED.     Sean's divorce case has been ongoing since he filed for divorce in 2010 and it is still a very active and contested case. However, Mother "recanted her accusations" at trial as they were contradictory and unsubstantiated by MULTIPLE DCF investigations with no accountability AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE, along with GAL, Sharon Dornfeld and her antics.     The EXTORTION began when the judge AWARDED Sean's ex LIFE-TIME ALIMONY only after being married 3.5 years based on her STILL unsubstantiated claim that she had terminal "brain cancer" that has been ongoing for the last 20 years. She claims if she goes to work, she will get a headache.     Sean has spent 12 years trying to protect the kids from their unfit and abusive mother, and the DCF report substantiated that the children had been seriously abused by their mother. But in 'Family Court,' judge, Judge Winslow, would not let DCF testify. Even though DCF took the case of abuse to Juvenile Court, it was shut down because the judge told the Juvenile Court judge to not hear it. DCF gave the kids to Sean.    'Family Court' is still 100% backing the mother by a female judge. This judge has debilitated Sean and his family with PUNITIVE alimony, threatening mandated reunification  and EXCLUDING EVIDENCE of the mother's abuse. ALSO, the judge ruled that Sean doesn't need to know where the mother is, but still has to keep paying the ALIMONY.      Sean encourages others to seek support from others and that people need moral support.     Slam the Gavel welcomes back Emanuel Shetler to the podcast. Emanuel was last on the podcast Season 4; Episodes 17 and 117.  Emanuel had left the Amish culture back in 2018. That's the only thing he did and now he's PAYING FOR IT. He had wanted a better life and he had asked his wife to leave the Amish community with him however, she refused.  This started a chain of events in his life of harassment  and manipulation, deception and ultimately Parental Alienation from his five children.     Today we discussed the educational level of Amish children. They are equivilently at a 3rd grade READING LEVEL EDUCATION, not the 8th grade READING LEVEL as they LEAD THE PUBLIC TO BELIEVE. Emanuel explained the SLAVE LABOR that starts at an early age for children. They are put into the AMISH WORKFORCE at the age of 8 to 9 years of age within this CULT. Emanuel stated that as soon as they can walk, they are put into working the farms and saw mills. Chores is a "different term" in the Amish world. "This is hard labor," Emanuel stated.      Amish parents strive to keep the children in the Amish CULT, because the more kids the Amish have, when the kids work, the parents COLLECT ALL THE MONEY EARNED by their children without paying TAXES. That's why they have large families, like "retirement accounts." Emanuel figured that from the ages of 13 - 14 years of age to 21, he had earned "at the low end," approximately $250,000.00. Emanuel never saw a penny. Amish children HAVE NO RIGHTS. This is CHILD TRAFFICKING.    Emanuel went on to say that the Amish treat their animals very badly. At the level the Amish treat their animals is how they treat their children AND one another, so animals are lowered to another level; if they can't MAKE MONEY, THEY ARE OF NO USE TO THEM. Emanuel went on to describe how the Amish PARTICIPATE in beastiality. Unfortunately, it is very commonplace within the Amish communities.     He went on to explain that they keep members in this CULT by telling them that if they are questioning the church/CULT, "you were DEEMED to go to Hell. Today we discussed the Family Rights and Responsibility Act that has passed through the Senate in Tennessee. If this bill passes it has the potential to sweep through this nation, stripping parents of their parental rights via teachers, CPS and/or Department of Health.     Connie has served as an attorney for three decades throughout Tennessee and helped parents fighting for their rights and defending parents against their own government. Connie was retaliated against severely and the whole system turned against her, concocting a fake crime for strongly defending a parent. When attorneys stand up, they get BRUTALIZED.      There were CPS bills that came up this year and Connie went in to speak against these bills, all got passed in the House and Senate. Within one of those bills was Reverse The Standard of Proof For Parents: that if a court found that child had been severely abused (terms used loosely), the child could not return to a parent unless the court excluded the parent by clear and convincing evidence  as a perpetrator, or any other person - grandmother or anybody. CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION.     Within the  bill was that if  the state can put on proof by an expert that the child and the expert can reasonably "predict" that the child is going to suffer from a severe psychological event such as anxiety or depression then that is severe abuse, and the parent can't see the child. You can't predict that they are going to have injury in the future. Termination of a parent's rights should NEVER occur over MONEY.      We discussed the bill (TN, 2024 SB2749) " Family Rights and Responsibilities Act."  It has already passed through the Senate Committee in TN. WHAT IS A PARENT?  Within  this Bill, is the way the state will define a parent. A parent is a biological, legal or adoptive parent OR an individual who has been granted decision-making authority over the child under state law. Here are parental rights: direct upbringing of the child, moral and religious training, make medical, gender and mental health decisions, to access medical records, educational records etc.. Even a non parent can make decisions for the child. They have defined decision making authority which is GRANTED BY THE STATE. We are damaging OUR rights, not ADDING to them. BAD NEWS. Also, ANY branch, agency or commission or instrumentality of the state government: so the literal reading of this is that a teacher can grant decision-making authority.......This is making our children a commodity. TYPICAL.     Family court is an illegitimate court, JURY TRIALS WORK and BENCH TRIALS DO NOT WORK.   Many of the cases, the parents had spit custody, split their assets and the family court does not like this. The attorneys want to bill to eternity. The family court wants CONFLICT. This was an affluent family and the Family Court, and these people became TARGETS.     One of the "players" was a COURT EXPERT  who was under investigation and has since been removed from being allowed to perform any CUSTODY EVALUATIONS in the state of Colorado. The corrupt family court is CONTINUING TO RELY  on the report in this matter despite this fact. Even though they "won" in civil court, SHE STILL DOES NOT HAVE HER CHILDREN BACK. This is lawsuit proves that this is a GENDERLESS crime against a parent. Whatever is UNJUST is what the family court will do. It has been eight years since he as seen or spoken to his children.   We talked about the deprivation of rights under the color of law of parents.  The 13th Amendment explains very much what is wrong with the law in that the terms "slavery" and "prisoner" is synonymous with each other.  Parents are deprived of their rights every day by not only CPS but Judges as well.      The We Shall Be Free Tour will begin once the case is docketed. However, the clerk of court at the U.S. Supreme Court is refusing to docket. This is obstruction of justice and a crime. The people in the U.S. need to hear the truth and understand that these are rights that are guaranteed and the moment you take a right from one, you take it from all and no longer a freedom. But only an illusion of freedom.     Tanawah explained how this will be handled. When people are silent, they give their consent. People must speak up and speak out. When government is silent that is an indication of guilt. Once the clerk steps aside, this will be handed to the justices, the tour will be started. There will be press conferences  and rallies in every state Capitol and the tour will circle the whole country.
