We continue to fill gaps in our coverage of the Sloan discography, delving this time into the first of three official B Sides releases on physical media and Volume 1, 1992-1997. However, we're not just content to stop at the tracks available on the murderecords release, but delve into the "outtakes of the outtakes" from this point in the GBOAT's history. Perhaps there are some even cuts here that you've never heard before?

We address a rather conspicuous gap in our coverage of the Sloan discography, tackling all 13 minutes of 2009's punchy Hit & Run EP (plus bonus track). As Sloan's first true (at least at the time) digital-only release, Hit & Run not only signalled a shift in the band's commercialization approach, but also served as the glue between mid-era and contemporary sounds.

It's finally (almost) here! Sloan's 14th studio album, Based on the Based Seller, is a 12-track romp through both modern stylings and blasts from the past. On this latest episode of Sloancast, we give you an exclusive look into the tracklist and run down each song. Look forward to a true Sloan fan's Sloan album, set for official release on September 26th!
