Thankfulness isn't a decision, it's a state of mind. You have the unique privilege whereby you can look at the life God gave you and, instead of looking at all that's wrong in it, say "I am thankful nonetheless"!
Thank you for your message today, Pastor Leon. As someone who struggles with controlling thoughts from time to time, I can vouch for all that you have said today. Only by a repeated washing of the Word can I first attain my freedom and second of all live in it. One of the verses I hold onto any time I feel like my thoughts are getting tangled up is the opening of Galatians 5:- Freedom is what we have---Christ has set us free! Stand, then, as free people, and do not allow yourselves to become slaves again. This reminder to stand, then, is what reminds me to keep fighting to move from freedom to freedom in Christ alone.
Thank you for your teaching today on the power that comes when we line up our thinking, our living and our believing with the Word of God. There is limitless potential on the inside of each one of us, yet we are oft to limit ourselves by either what we say about ourselves or what we believe about our future. God is limitless so let's see what He can do through us the moment we look past our limits to the limitless nature of Almighty God!
This is such a timely message to bring today, Pastor Leon. The world wants us to get offended because it's all about US. When God's Word clearly shows that it's all about JESUS and pointing to HIM as our Peace in times of trouble.
