It's the time of year of colds (can you hear it in my voice), but most importantly, when you reflect on your career and potential pathways for growth. Rather than Kat and Amara talk about recruiting and recruitment as outsiders making guesses about how it all works, it seems a much better idea to invite an actual recruiter onto the program to talk about the process of profesional recruitment in the tech sector and the challenges women face.Many thanks to Shini for tolerating our inane questions and being a most excellent guest.
