Two best friends. Two microphones. Zero filter. This is the podcast where everything is on the table - high brow, low brow, and the over-plucked nineties brow. It's a conversation with friends who should probably know better, but don't. Welcome!

I loved hearing you both back into some interviewing chats amongst our normal programming! 😉
What a great episode. Like Lise, I have been reading Frances's column since the beginning. It's possibly the only reason I will still get a Sunday paper. But hearing her speak in this episode about her pregnancies and the way have children have changed her was really beautiful. Such a fun episode.
This episode was fantastic. Griggs was at the end of her sporting chapter when I was a kid, so don't recall much about her swimming. I appreciated her small insight into how retirement from sport came about and the health challenges she had to overcome. Her attitude to life is inspiring. And the way she talks about her husband, Todd, is beautiful and from a place of deep respect and love. I didn't want this chat to end.
