Hey all...and welcome to Ep. 306 and my conversation with Dean Graves!Dean is incredibly humble and self-effacing about what he does-and it all began with meditation...and cultivating a practice of take care of the self and listening to the Universe! Now listen, Dean could have run away from what was happening, he could have headed for the hills! Instead, Dean stepped forward to listen to his higher self so that he could be of service to humanity. And we, dear listeners, are all the better for it.To check out his website click here! His podcast, click here! And finally, his Instagram, click here!So grateful he took the time to be on the show and share his incredible stories!Remember, dear ones, to rate and review if you like what you hear...it makes worlds of difference to me! xoYour bit of beauty is this: from a playlist from the YouTube channel "Smithsonian Folkways," this song by The Maddox Brothers & Rose called "Move It On Over!" Hi all and welcome back to the pod! This time I'm introducing you to Amy Loden Tiffany, who is a bona-fide miracle in herself, because she is creating and changing and shaping what medical visits are going to look like in the future, BUT ALSO, doing all this while writing a best-selling book AND, having 5 kids! (and did I mention the TedTalk? Whew!)Amy's miracle is about a new way of knowing, or listening, or seeing, and one that she uses with great success, to help others on their way to wellness. It is a miraculous and magical medical paradigm that I hope everyone eventually finds their way to-and we need more of!To check out her YouTube channel click here! Her Insta, click here! And her website, here!PLEASE CONSIDER GIVING A RATING OR A REVIEW-I WOULD BE SO, SO HAPPY!!Your bit of beauty is this: lately I've been reading about the healing powers of meditation and sound healing...as well as mantras and chanting...and I think some of it has to do with regulation and alleviating stress. But that interesting word "OM" that so many chant...what does it mean and why does it work for so many, and heal them while they chant? Check out this YouTube here!

Michelle illustrates a good point this episode-that miracles and magic don't have to be these big, gigantic events, and that sometimes we can invite them in, to our daily lives, to make our lives more shiny! She has two stories of practical miracles and how each was kind of ridiculous and overt and beautiful, and needed! I hope you enjoy our conversation (especially the part about the Moon!)To check out her website click here! Her YouTube here! And to check out her new App, Make My Hypno, click here! Please consider leaving a rating or a review, I would be ever so glad and grateful and happy and all of it!Your bit of beauty is this: I was researching Bulgaria earlier this week and the incredible scenery, beauty and the traditions that still exist. This YouTube on the Pomack brides will hopefully help you understand what a singular and gorgeous life is still being lived there, and this tradition is centuries if not a 1,000 years old. Learn a little bit more about the world, I dare you!

It is clear to me that Robin Harris lives close to the soul of the world. She is so steeped in grace, and kindness and in the belief that it is only by banding together will we all survive and thrive. She believes in us, everyone, and urges each of us to do the same!Robin is so many things but for me, especially, it is her connection to the Spirit World and her connection to her ancestors that resonated. They guide her, advise her and guess what? She listens! She is steeped in magic, moves through mystery and her life is just one big miracle after another! I am so glad you all are getting to meet her because AGAIN, she is another reminder that those who are kind and humble are everywhere among us! Everywhere among us!To check out Robin and her work, here is her website! And here's her joyful Insta, check it out!WE HAVE DONE THREE HUNDRED EPISODES EVERYONE!! (and I am including all my listeners in this because if I didn't have you, I would have nothing!) Thank you for all of your messages and support over the years...you have kept me going! Please rate and review...it would mean ever so much!Your bit of beauty is this: to celebrate #300 I am going to post my favorite poem by Rilke, "Go To The Limits Of Your Longing"God speaks to each of us as he makes us,then walks with us silently out of the night. These are the words we dimly hear:You, sent out beyond your recall,go to the limits of your longing.Embody me.Flare up like a flameand make big shadows I can move in.Let everything happen to you: beauty and terror.Just keep going. No feeling is final.Don’t let yourself lose me.Nearby is the country they call life. You will know it by its seriousness.Give me your hand. Now, to all of you out there listening...make big shadows that Spirit/God/Energy/the Universe can DANCE in! xoxo
I was so lucky to have Rand say "yes" to being on this podcast because, simply, he tells a story that is so powerful, and such a good reminder that we can be of service (indeed, as Rand says, that is the ONLY reason we are here) to our family members, to those we care about, our friends as well as the greater world out there and help to make this world a more beautiful place!Rand has had many adventures and truly has lived life with gusto-AND, he was there for his brother when his little brother needed it-mired in grief and moving through the loss of his beloved wife Rand decided then and there that he was going to accompany his brother on the Appalachian Trail, no matter the consequences. He knew his brother needed a helping hand...and so began their journey on the Trail! Filled with comedy, a few scary moments and moments that existed out of time, their trip on the Trail changed their lives, as you'll hear in this conversation, and just might change yours by hearing it!Check out Rand's website here!Buy his book, "A Spiritual Passage, here!I WOULD SO APPRECIATE A RATING OR A REVIEW...THEY HELP MY HEART FEEL HAPPY!Your bit of beauty is this little song by The Three Rivers Singers from Rome, Georgia. It's about the Appalachian Trail, and is really, really gorgeous! Enjoy this melody and I hope it carries you through your week!
