He won 15 Wales caps and toured Australia & New Zealand with the 1992 Great Britain Rugby League Lions. In 1991 he won the Regal Trophy with Warrington where he played 123 games, scoring 35 tries. He then played for Workington Town, before returning to Rugby Union where he joined Sale and had spells with Cardiff, London Irish, Pontypool, Ebbw Vale & Maesteg.
