Have you ever been so terrified of the unknown? Trust me I’ve been there. From driving across country with my 1yr old. With just $1000 in my pocket (From NC to California) not sure what was going to happen next. Or quitting one job to enroll in a CNA crash course. I had no idea what was ahead of me. I was scared... But, I showed up!..and because I was scared, I was able to get through one of the toughest seasons of my life. It’s okay to be scared. Being scared just means your human. Yep! I use to hide behind my pain. I gave myself all these rules... Then I realized I wasn't living freely. I was hiding the fact that I was healing, and just pretending. Today, I'm living freely.. Take It Easy on yourself.

I often wonder how on earth did my mother make it with 4 girls? Her dedication to raise us, her state of mind. Only a women of great strength could uphold. Our summers & Holidays in North Chicago to childhood in NC.. Tune in as I share the connection of chasing your dreams. Today I own my story.
