On today's podcast, Ted is joined by two time Calder Cup champion, Corey Locke. During Locke's career in the AHL he was voted into numerous All-Star games and won multiple awards. Locke ended his career in 2019 in Europe. While in Europe Corey won another title in the DEL with the Nurnberg Ice Tigers.

In Episode 22, Ryan McGinnis the GM/Assistant Coach of the Norfolk Admirals returns to the show. Ted and Ryan talk about the upcoming season, How he leaves no stone unturned when he recruits or hires personnel, how he and his hockey ops staff are on call basically 24/7 during the season, what the team will look like in October and finally Ryan talks about the mindset of a coach.
On Episode 21 Former Admiral and Blackhawk, Matt Keith joins the show. Matt talks about all respect he has for Trent Yawney, playing in Europe, having his wife give birth to his daughter right after a game and what it was like playing with future Stanley Cup Champions.

Ted and Ajay talk about the early AHL days in Norfolk, what it meant to Ajay to be a captain early in his pro career, playing under a young Trent Yawney and lastly Ajay tells us a story about his Calder Cup ring that he won in 2007.

In Episode 15, Ted brings on, Keith Phillips. Keith was involved with the Admirals from 2001 until the summer of 2013 making him one of the longest serving Admirals employees ever. Keith comes on and remissness about his days with the Norfolk Admirals. "Beeker" as he was known around Scope went into detail about the Chicago and Tampa Bay affiliations and what it was like to work with the 2012 Calder Cup winning team.
