What is your body trying to tell you? Sandy has been researching the mind-body connection for 20 years and has gained a rare understanding of how to ‘read the body’ and access its incredible wisdom.

Incidentally, this happens to be episode 45, which in numerology is 4 + 5 and also equals 9! We also talk about healing, closure, letting go, and authenticity.
Today I challenge three common assumptions people make about how we can create 'peace on earth'. I argue for why it's necessary to feel negative emotions (wait, what?!), and question our assumptions about how peace can be achieved in our relationships and in the wider-world. Yes, if we all managed to find 'inner peace' then 'peace on earth' would be much more likely, but what if peace is not found in the ways we've been taught?
