Lise Korsager Ørtoft (Director i Deloitte Corporate Finance) startede sin karriere i Vestas, men fik hurtigt øjnene op for konsulentbranchen. Efter endt uddannelse i finance flyttede Lise fra Århus til København for at starte på sit drømme job i Deloitte’s Financial Advisory - Som eneste kvinde i afdelingen. Lise har siden da haft fart på med at facilitere køb og salg for nogle af Danmarks største virksomheder, og er i dag Director i selv samme afdeling. Ydermere arbejder hun aktivt for at få flere kvinder i finans, og blev i 2017 valgt til Berlingske Top 100. Pernille Erichsen (Chef for Ledelse og Virksomhedsudvikling hos Dansk Industri) har haft en karriere som kun få mennsker kan prale af. Efter at tage en uddannelse som jordemoder og arbejde på Gentofte Sygehus, ønskede Pernille at lære mere om succesfuldt at lede andre mennesker. Derfor videreudddannede hun sig i psykologi på Roskilde Universitet. 5 år senere begyndte en 10 år lang karriere i Implement Consulting Group, hvor Pernille fortsat interesserede sig for ledelse, og blev partner i 2017. Interessen for ledelse er bestemt ikke blevet mindre med tiden, og i dag vejleder Pernille blandt andet ledere i danske virksomhedqer til at lykkedes, som chef for ledelse og virksomhedsudvikling i Dansk Industri. Gertie Find Laerkholm (Partner i BCG) har haft en karrierevej som på mange måder er omvendt af hvad vi ellers ser i dag. I stedet for at starte i konsulentbranchen og senere skifte til industrien, startede Gertie i Maersk efter gymnasiet som Trainee, hvor hun havde forskellige kommercielle og operationelle roller som senior manager både i Danmark og Udlandet. Herefter returnerede Gertie til studierne, og fik under en MBA på London School of Economics øjnene op for konsulentbranchen. I 2012 startede hun i BCG, og siden har der været fart på.
