human security is "UNCERTAIN"

I was a poor child, grew up on the streets, life has no security. Cause the world today is an unsafe place. It is full of threat in many facets, the ongoing violent disputes, natural disasters, continue in poverty. Economic collapse is imposing, poverty on peace. Human security proven, cause there is no food security, that many people need. With no assurance even our health. Health security is uncertain, even medicine has no certainty. And our personal security, we cannot blame to others, cause we do not know how our security is. I want to be safe, but, no one can blame. But, we always hear the birds again.
