Addiction is something that hits each one of our lives - whether we have walked through it ourselves or if know someone currently walking through it. Today, we sit down with Matt Layton to hear his story from addiction to freedom.

Today we sit down and talk about life balance. We live a very fast-paced world and it's easy to get to the place of overwork and exhaustion. When we operate from this place, we're miserable. We thought it would be a good opportunity to talk about how we intentionally create balance and rest in our lives.

Step-parenting is becoming more and more common in families all over the world. One of the biggest struggles in this transition is that many step-parents jump in with no context or help. So today, we sit down with Lewis and Erin to hear about their journey and hopefully provide some help for other parents who find themselves walking through this season.

Today we sit down with Nichole and Joe to talk about their experience with fostering. There is a huge need for people like the Watkins family to step up and provide care for children in need of safety and security. We talk about their experience, hurdles, and encouragements for other people who might be considering fostering.

Connecting with other people has always been a super important part of discipleship and overall life. But for many of us, it's become a supplement or bonus instead of a necessity. Today Mitchell and Abby walk us through what works for them and how we can all begin to live more connected lives.

As we kickoff the new season of Real Life, we are joined by Mellisa Stacey and Janelle McCollum to talk about their perspectives surrounding education. Obviously it's been a difficult season for all educators, so today we sit down and discuss some of the triumphs and struggles. We also take time to talk about some of the ways that we can all support our local educators.

We are concluding our conversation on repentance by taking a deeper look at how it relates to the humility that is displayed in the lives of Daniel and Paul. In this episode, we focus in on Daniel 9 where we realize that only the Lord is right and our action of humble repentance to things that are out of alignment with Him truly is the right response we need to have.
