I’ve been a retail real estate broker in the Outer Boroughs and New York Metro for 18-years and hsbe ran my own shop for 10-years now. I mostly rep national chain store tenants (corporate and franchised) in ghe sub 5,000sf range. I drive 350-miles per week but don’t go outside a 75-mile radius of NYC. I get a lot of parking tickets.
