In this episode, I will explore the balancing act of intuitive and logical intelligence and the importance of balancing these two hemispheres of our minds. Intuitive intelligence is associated with creativity, intuition, and joy, while logical intelligence supports us in analyzing, organizing, and researching, to name a few. It is important to note that being too heavily skewed towards one hemisphere or the other can cause us to feel unbalanced and not fully aligned with all aspects of ourselves. By developing a working relationship with our intelligences equally, we can achieve a sense of wholeness and alignment, which can lead to greater success and fulfillment in all areas of our lives. To balance these two types of intelligence, it can be helpful to engage in activities that promote both creativity and analytical thinking. For example, writing or drawing can help stimulate the intuitive side of our brains, while problem-solving or math exercises can help develop our logical thinking. By practicing both types of thinking regularly, we can create a more integrated and harmonious approach to our lives and work. Read more and get tips on my Blog http://wix.to/qB0E8G8?ref=2_cl
Have you ever heard about the importance of raising your vibrational frequency and consciousness? You may have wondered why it matters or how it can benefit you. In this article, we will explore the reasons why raising your consciousness not only benefits you, but also positively impacts the collective energy of our planet. Mother Earth is a living energy, just like you and me, and is the thread of life that binds us all together as one energy. The planet is exhausted from pollution and the entitlement of her children who believe that the air will always be pure, the water always clean, and fields always provide food. The era of taking from our planet without giving back or showing respect has come to an end. To achieve balance within ourselves and outside of ourselves, we must both give and receive. The Earth has shifted, and you may be feeling the resistance of change that is being spoken from your soul. It is now more imperative than ever to move beyond the traps of "me talk" and fears of the unknown, to trust in your intuition and the guidance it offers, and to move through the unconscious patterns of limitations and step into your true power as expressed from the throat chakra leading to manifestation. It is an expansion of the heart/soul’s desires into manifestation. Your heart concerns your soul purpose. With this expression through the heart and throat is found the joy of all possibilities as you move into your higher potential and well-being as a spirit being having a human experience. As lightworkers, we are bridges to ground light from the heavens to the Earth to support Mother Earth's rehabilitation. We hold light and that is the mission. An affirmation to hold a higher vibration is "I am joy, health, wealth, abundance, and prosperity. I am expanding my understanding of my soul purpose." She is tired of all the taking, and it is our responsibility on a soul level, and for present and future generations, to give her the light she needs to reconnect the light grid that has bonded the worlds as one. Raising your consciousness allows you to elevate your frequency and see through the illusions of what is considered normal. It enables you to take intuitive action as your world transitions into a new reality that aligns with the soul's wisdom of love, unity, abundance, and respect. In a world where separation and greed thrive, it's easy to fall into the belief that one is destined to struggle through life. However, struggle is a symptom of living unconsciously. When you become conscious and awaken to your truth, you realize that you are just as capable of health, wealth, happiness, and joy. You shift your field of vision to accept the wisdom of intuition within, leading you to heal the wounds and blockages that hinder your worthiness to sit in the seat of your soul and live an unlimited life of creation. By shifting your inner world, you are contributing to the collective cup of light, supporting and nurturing the gift of life and the planet to experience it on. Raising your consciousness and frequency can make a difference in the world. Dark forces conceal the truth of humanity's power and theft of planetary resources, seeking to maintain their power and privilege by keeping you weak and afraid. As you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions, and the veils of illusion fall away, know that you are not alone. You have teams in the light to support you through all of your feelings and guide you lovingly.
Letters From Your Soul

Letters From Your Soul

2023-03-0216:57

In this episode, I discuss the "seasons of the soul" and a message of support that was channeled from our teams in the light. This collective broadcast is based on the wisdom of the light and how we can raise of conscious consciousness and access our inner wisdom. Each of us has a unique imprint within our soul, with a specific design for our journey in Earth School. In our fast-paced and disconnected society, we often feel rushed, behind, and unconsciously competitive. However, each of our unique seasons offers us an intuitive guide to nurture the season we are in: - The season to sleep - The season to awaken - The season to bloom - The season to lead - The season to be led - The season to learn If you feel out of sync with yourself, it may be because you are not honoring the season of your soul. Intuitive Reflection Take a moment to reflect on your current situation. Do you feel in flow with life, or does it feel hard and forced? Ask yourself: What season am I in? Don't allow the mind chatter to overpower the subtle voice within.
As you sit at the threshold of change, a new era begins in 2023. The global awakening is rising at a steadfast pace, as many can no longer ignore the inner callings of their soul to stop running through life and start reflecting on the areas of their life they feel unaligned resistance and reconnect with the self-leader within.

Learn how to overcome a lifetime of anxiety and fear, and discover practical steps to unlock your soul's genius. Break free from fear-based living and embrace inner peace and presence. Content: Growing up, fear was the love language spoken in my household. It wasn't about fearing or worrying about my basic needs or my parents being met, but rather about participating in activities outside those four walls. Even seemingly natural activities, like walking to a friend's house, would become the subject of elaborate dissertations about all the potential dangers I might encounter. I could get hit by a car while crossing the street, be kidnapped by a stranger, or simply get lost. From a young age, I was unconsciously programmed to live in fear of everything and everyone, to believe that stepping beyond my front door meant stepping into danger. This constant fear was like a blockage in my soul grid, preventing me from living in my natural state of being and expressing my soul's genius. I thought I'd done much inner work to overcome the unconscious joylessness I carried within me until I met an unexpected teacher. My partner and I decided to get our boating licenses and needed to complete an on-water certification. I was prepared to feel anxious about being in charge of a vessel. As I was performing one of the test requirements, the captain said, "Relax, boating is meant to be fun and a place to feel free. Of course, you want to take it seriously, but you can't let your overthinking and fear outweigh the joy of it." Boom! That comment hit me like a wave. I asked him, "How do I relax, then?" He replied, "When you're relaxed, you can be present and respond to any dangers that might arise." At that moment, it was like watching a video montage of my life, seeing all the moments that could have been fun but that I chose to be uncomfortable and worry through it sit out because I didn't have the emotional and mental energy to invest. It was a sign that I needed to clear the fear blockage from my soul grid. The Lesson: Shifting from Fear to Freedom and Unlocking Your Soul's Genius The captain's words were a wake-up call. I realized I'd been letting fear hold me back for far too long. As a personal inner investigator, I asked myself how I could shift from this mindset and clear the blockages in my soul grid on a deeper level. Here are some lessons I've learned on my journey from fear to freedom: Awareness is the first step: You can't change what you're unaware of. Take time to reflect on when and where fear arises in your life. What triggers it? How does it make you feel and react? Notice how it blocks your soul grid and prevents you from being your true self. Challenge those fears: Often, our fears are rooted in worst-case scenarios or unlikely events. Challenge those fears by asking yourself if they're based on reality. What are the chances that the feared outcome will occur? As you challenge your fears, imagine clearing dense energy from your soul grid. Practice presence: Fear often lives in the future or past. I'd like you to practice returning your focus to the present moment. What do you see, hear, feel? Presence is a powerful antidote to fear. Cultivate self-compassion: Treat yourself with kindness, just as you would a close friend. Remind yourself that it's okay to feel fear and that you have the strength to navigate through it. Embrace joy and freedom: Allow yourself to experience joy and freedom in the moments you can. This could be as simple as taking a few deep breaths, going for a short walk, or doing something you love. As you embrace joy and freedom, you'll create space for your soul's genius to shine. It's time to break free from fear-based living and unlock your soul's genius. You can clear the blockages in your soul grid and live a life of presence, joy, and freedom. You can start your journey today.
Description: Discover how to overcome the patterns of holding back and fully embody your unique gifts and talents. Learn practical steps to embrace your divine genius and live a soul-fulfilling life. Content: Do you feel a burning calling within you, a unique message, gift, or craft that sets your soul ablaze with purpose? Or have you been holding back, dimming your light to fit in, or seeking approval? Holding back is a form of self-betrayal, often rooted in the illusion of separation and the fear of not being enough. It's a pattern that can prevent you from fully embodying your divine genius and living the soul-fulfilling life that's your birthright. When you withhold your gifts, you deprive the world of the love and value you could provide and deny yourself the opportunity to grow, shine, and make a meaningful impact. Your unique talents and perspectives are a part of your sacred essence, and suppressing them can lead to feelings of unfulfillment and disconnection from your true self. But how do we break free from this pattern of holding back? The first step is recognizing how we displace our energy onto distractions that prevent us from facing our fears and fully believing in our divine worth. Common displacement patterns include: Procrastination: Endless distraction by social media, busyness, or escapist behaviors. Comparison: Constantly measuring yourself against others, feeling like you're not good enough. Perfectionism: The quest for perfection as a mask for the fear of imperfection and judgment. It's time to transcend these displacement patterns and face what's holding you back. Your divine genius is a gift, not just to you but to the world. By embracing your uniqueness and sharing your talents boldly, you'll find greater purpose and soul satisfaction and inspire others to do the same. So, what's been holding you back? What message, gift, or craft has been burning inside you, waiting to be expressed? What distractions have you used to displace your energy and avoid leaping? Keywords: soul genius, holding back, self-betrayal, fear of not being enough, comparison, perfectionism, procrastination, embracing uniqueness, soul satisfaction, self-expression, extraordinary life. Anyone has the capability to practice mediumship and connect with the spiritual realm, but it requires dedication, commitment, and the ability to tune in to the frequency. When seeking a medium, it is important to listen to your gut, ask for referrals, and have a clear intention for the session. Mediumship and speaking with angels intersect in the sense that they are both part of a divine network of support, but they serve different purposes and offer different perspectives. Living life fully and without fear is essential, as our loved ones on the other side encourage us to embrace joy and not be held back by self-imposed limitations. Lower vibrational entities are attracted to light, so it is important to maintain spiritual hygiene and protect one's energy. Personal vibration and discernment are crucial when connecting with spirits to avoid negative or false energies. Using Ouija boards is not recommended as they can invite unwanted entities and negative experiences. Trusting oneself and one's intuition is key in developing mediumship abilities. Mediums may perceive spirits through feelings, images, or thoughts rather than seeing them with their physical eyes. In this episode, Colleen St.Michaels discusses the importance of shadow work and how it can help us grow and expand spiritually. She explains that shadow work involves exploring the hidden parts of ourselves and bringing them into consciousness. By shining a light on our shadows, we can release the density and heaviness we have been carrying and create a lighter, more enlightened environment. Colleen shares personal experiences and provides practical exercises for listeners to engage in their shadow work. She emphasizes the power of self-reflection, forgiveness, and self-acceptance in healing and transformation. Key Takeaways: Shadow work is a practice of exploring and investigating the hidden parts of ourselves and bringing them into consciousness. Shadows are our unaddressed emotions and aspects that we have suppressed or ignored. By shining a light on our shadows and embracing them with love and acceptance, we can release the heaviness and create a lighter, more enlightened state of being. Shadow work involves self-reflection, forgiveness, and self-acceptance. It requires us to confront our fears, vulnerabilities, and limiting beliefs. Engaging in shadow work leads to personal growth, healing, and a deeper connection with our intuition and spiritual path. Quotes: “When we can allow ourselves to detach from the attachment of what we thought life should be or what our thoughts are, it should be this way, it should be that way, we're now blocking ourselves from actually receiving the next coordinate that's coming through our intuitive impressions." - Colleen St.Michaels "We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest and live in the glory that is within us. It is not just some of us, it is in everyone." - Marianne Williamson Your response stays within your control. Others' reactions are their responsibility, and they bear the weight of their wounds. These wounds shouldn't become lashes that leave lasting marks on us. Instead, it is our responsibility to begin the process of healing them." - Colleen St.Michaels “We cannot manifest the things we desire if we allow the parts of ourselves that need love and healing to keep creating stories of unworthiness within us, preventing us from accepting them.”-Colleen Summary: In the journey of personal growth and spiritual evolution, it is essential to engage in shadow work. This practice involves exploring our darker, hidden aspects and bringing them into consciousness. Just as every home has dark rooms, our inner home also has shadows. These shadows are the parts of ourselves that we have pushed aside, ignored, or deemed unworthy of attention. However, these shadows hold valuable insights and lessons to help us grow and expand.
