This is a new 2021 interview with "Cowboy" Mach Bell, lead singer of 70's Rat favorites, the band Thundertrain & then later the lead singer with the Joe Perry Project. He has recorded seminal LP's with both bands. Mach recently has written a book "Once A Rocker, Always A Rocker" which is a diary of his years with Joe Perry but also tells tales of his days playing the Rat & other Boston clubs. This interview focuses more on his days in Thundertrain & playing the clubs around Boston.

Solo acoustic set from co-founder, songwriter for and performer with The Darlings, an award winning Country-Rock band- past winners of The Jim Beam Country Music Talent Search In Nashville, TN. The Darlings have received a Boston Music Award and In their career have been on the bill with Tom Petty, the Iconic Commander Cody, Jim Lauderdale, Willie Alexander, The Replacements, Lucinda Williams, Junior Brown and many others. In the 1980's Simon was also a member of the Daughters & The Unattached.

Known for their big hits "The Ravioli" & "Why Can't You Say Love", The VINNY BAND played all over Boston and New England and toured through South American and the Caribbean from 1976 to 1984. Their LP "Olas De Sexo" was produced by David Robinson of The Cars.
